After installing the batteries, I wasnât able to get it to work. I have terrible arthritis in my hands. I got in touch with customer service who jumped all over my issue. Within a few days, I had a new dog. There is a mail strike so Yoli.com sent it by courier. I put the batteries in and it didnât work. So I had my son try it out yesterday and he did something with the paws and it works great. Not too loud. Iâm sure my great grandson will be giggling for a long time with this toy.To reassure you, this company did not take back my effective dog. So you have no worry of getting the same defective dog that I did. I have it here. No hassle customer service with a very nice person.

As a household with a VERY similar looking golden retriever, including the color, we were so excited to get our hands on this and have a tiny new furry friend.It’s made from a nice soft and plush material, has tight stitching, and overall, feels well-made. It can sit on its own and remain in place and in shape, and looks adorable doing so. The head and the ears have a mechanical feature in that they move with the talk back feature and any music that’s also played.In terms of the voice, it’s not super clear but you know what, it works well enough that it’s legible and repeats back well enough for your little one to understand what they said when played back.Overall, the build quality and the features make this an absolute winner in my books! It’s an adorable addition to our collection of soft play toys and the voice and music play back is super fun and engaging.
