Best bottle but worst bottle – VERY FRAGILE
this is so disappointing, weâre at our 5th broken bottle from Haakaâ¦. The quality of the glass is very poor compare to other glass bottle weâve had over 1+ year. Itâs unfortunate because itâs my babyâs favorite bottle, the nipple is natural and been a winner since day one, but we wonât buy again. Even with the silicone cover, the bottle manage to smash (on carpet & wooden floor, not even tiles) which never happened with our other glass bottleâ¦. At this price, itâs not worth it.* we did buy the silicone bottle as an alternative but it keep leaking and smell after first use.
I like this bottle
I really like the size of this bottle, how many oz it can hold and the nipple. Itâs super easy to clean however one thing that concerned me is how thin the glass bottle is.

Inaccurate measurements
We are using it with a supplemental nursing system but have noticed that the measures are incorrect. Also the baby didnât like the nipple. Otherwise it works great as a supplemental nursing system bottle.
Iâm really impressed with this bottle. Iâve purchased quite a few Haakaa products over the years and this one is just as wonderful.High quality glass, wide mouth bottle easy to clean. I especially love the boob shape of the lid and nip shape. I was easily able to alternate between breastfeeding and bottle feeding with this bottle. I will be buying another.
I saw a recommendation for this bottle on reddit and 100% would recommend for any baby who is exclusively breastfed but for whatever reason has to learn to take a bottle. It’s glass so you don’t have to worry about microplastics. Very durable (I’ve dropped it a few times and it didn’t break nor crack). The nipple is silicone and soft, shaped a lot like a breast which is why I think it works so well. It’s hands down my favorite bottle.
Absolutely LOVE these bottles! I was terrified that they would be fragile because of the glass but I’ve dropped it a couple of times and it has held up. I also like how the nipples keep the bubbles from going into my babies mouth. Doesn’t leak and SUPER easy to clean. My last bottles had so many parts so I dreading cleaning them, these aren’t bad at all.
I got this because they were in multiple lists of non toxic baby bottles. My BF baby liked really liked them. The shape of the nipple is easy for her to hold on to. I would say flow might be a little to fast for newborns but good for 3+ month old babies.Theyâre very light and easy to hold. Not heavy like other glass bottles from popular brands. Feels good quality.I will say though, I had leaks a couple times when I tightened the ring around nipple too much. This made the silicone part move off center and when tipped over to feed baby it spilled. Easy fix though, just adjust the nipple and make sure itâs centered before feeding.I really like that they can be turned into training cups for the future too! I think theyâre worth the price if you take good care of them.
My baby loves these bottles. She was refusing a bottle at 8 months and this was the winner. But I HATE THEM!! You have to get the top screwed on in the exactly right spot and tightness or they leak all over the place. I can not figure out what Iâm doing wrong. They are high quality and easy to clean. The glass is nice and they feel light weight. I just wish I could get them to stop leaking all over me. But, my baby loves them and they are great bottles. If they could just fix the leaking theyâd be perfect.I want to update this to say we are now using the 11 ounce bottle and it does not leak at all. Maybe the bottle nipples I had were defective? Itâs a great bottle!!
