Hopeful but very disappointed
I expect that when someone purchases a product that it be delivered with care. My box came flattened and the package was open. I’m glad it’s silicone because if it was plastic it would be in pieces. It’s completely unacceptable.I have now used this and it’s aweful. It’s like the part that goes into baby’s nose is too small so there’s always string boogers when you take it out. Takes sevet uses to get baby’s boogers out…. that if they will stay still long enough! It’s too bad.

My kid has difficulty blowing his nose during sick days and this product is my lifesaver. Great suction and easy to clean afterwards.

Hardly any suction
Our son has such a terrible time with boogers and I’ve tried endless nasal suckers. This one was no different and unfortunately is no longer used in our house.
Not enough suction
When I first received item it would not even suck the top part kept flying off. I played with the valve part and it started to suck when squeezed. I find the other hakka aspirator is better then this one. I would not buy this one.
This is so easy to use and clean. It’s effective for both my 3 year old and my 9 month old, I just change out the Cone Tip and Arc Tip. Neither one of the children fight me or scream or cry. I have five children and have used many different types of suction, including the bulb type and the straw type and I am so happy with the haakaa penguin that I took time out of my day to order two more as gifts for friends and leave this review. Now back to homeschooling and sucking the snot out of sick babies.
I wanted to love this product so badly because itâs easy to clean and I donât have to worry about what could be growing inside (mold) like when using the blue hospital bulb BUT it does not work well for clearing nasal passages.Youâre better off purchasing the nose frida with the oral suction.
My grandson is 6, has cerebral palsy and does not know how to blow his nose. This works really good, suction could definitely be stronger, but it is a solution for sure. The silicone is so soft, and it covers his nostril enough to make a good seal
When I first opened the package and saw how small this box was I was not hopeful. My 2.5 year old had his first cold (seriously!) and I was desperate. I set it aside and was going to return it because how could it possibly work.Itâs insane. You can rapid fire squeeze it and suck everything out while maintaining slight control of a thrashing child. No need to regroup. No need to empty the contents in between.I want a runny nose just to try it.Seriously⦠buy it⦠itâs small but mighty. And SO easy to clean!
I’m not 100% sure I’m tired it correctly, but this did not work well for us. I couldn’t get it to suction anything. I ended up getting the nosefrida and had amazing results and was much easier to use.
