a well made chair
I like this chair in general. It seems to be well made and has some good features. It is much quieter than a Serta brand that I had. It also has a nice tilt function that isn’t limited to a few choices. You can lock it at any angle. The arms are full length and nicely padded which was one of the reasons I chose it. Too many chairs these days have those silly half arms that seem useless to me. The seat is quite large too compared to my last chair. All in all it is well made and sturdy. The lumbar support is great and there is a small pillow for your neck. I didn’t find the leg support that useful but it is something to rest your legs on if you want that. It folds in and out quite easily.Sadly for me I didn’t find it comfy enough. I had an injury and sit most of the day so finding a chair is more challenging. The company was amazing in dealing with my issues. You might try it and love it but if you didn’t the company stands behind their product. I was contacted quickly after my review and then was referred to another agent. Both of them were very understanding and pleasant to deal with. I don’t know if this kind of customer service is that common but I thought it was refreshing. I would recommend the chair if only for the great service since they stand behind their products.
Nice Chair
Good chair with nice quality and reasonable price. I assembled it with my brother and it was fast and easy. The instruction was clear and we had fun in putting things together. You can even sleep in the chair and it is very comfortable. One of the best chairs that I ever used!
Not bad
This chair is pretty good for the price. The foot rest is great, and I can sit cross legged comfortably. Itâs not the highest quality craftsmanship though and when I shift around it creaks. Still, itâs comfortable. Was pretty simple to assemble, and the leather is nice and soft. I like the white colour. Overall, its not bad for the price!

Versatile, adjustable, comfortable.
I’m a hardcore gamer. I am a software engineer. I spend all day working at my desk, and spend most of my spare time playing games at my desk. Trust me when I say I need a solid desk chair to get through the day without the aches and pains in my back and elbows and neck. After owning an Ikea desk chair for a while this has been a massive upgrade. I noticed right away the difference in feeling in all my pain points. This chair is incredibly supportive, and you can adjust just about everything you would want.I’m also 6ft tall, so having a bigger chair for me is a huge plus. A lot of chair I find my neck can be too high to receive any support, so I’m glad to say this chair offers very good support for your neck. The pillow attachment at the top is great. I couldn’t go back to a normal desk chair after this.There is a nice pull out where your legs are, so you can rest your legs at different angles. I like to sit basically cross legged with this thing pulled out, it’s nice. Again, I would find it difficult to go back and live without, its actually a really really nice addition.Honestly there is nothing I really dislike here, this chair is genuinely fantastic.
Component failure resulting in me flying backwards, I am extremely dissapointed
Two days after the return period expired a metal piece holding the wheel section to the seat base snapped off sending me flying backwards. You can see by the attached photo that the metal gave way. This chair was rated up to 300 lbs and I am a hundred pounds under that. So disappointing. I have since returned this item and have been assured by the retailer that the manufacturer has been contacted. I hope this means that any chairs purchased going forward will not have this defect. It was a very comfortable chair for the brief time that I had it.
Great chair
I recently purchased my new office chair i must say it exceeded my expectation. easy to assemble, great back support, the seat is just right. itâs easy to adjust the height and tilt. good quality.
Digs right into your back
Sorry, but this chair is extremely uncomfortable. The so-called lumbar support portion just digs right into your back and it canât be adjusted in any way. You really canât spend much time sitting on this chair.
