Easy to read, big display, accurate after the first hour or so, comes with batteries
This indoor thermometer hygrometer is easy to use, easy to read, and works well. I just wish that the button to change from celsius to fahrenheit, and to power down the unit, was easier to access.The thermometer comes with the thermometer itself, a stand, a piece of sticky thick tape if you want to attach it to a wall, a brief pamphlet of instructions, and the two button batteries that you need to run it, which is a nice touch. The batteries go in the compartment at the back and are easy to fit in.I was glad and relieved that you can change the temperature between Celsius and Fahrenheit so that you can display the one that you are familiar with. To change it from Celsius to Fahrenheit or Fahrenheit to Celsius you press the button that is at the back beneath the battery compartment door. I wish that the button was easier to access. You can only access the button if you remove the battery compartment door. I wish that it was instead on the back with easy access or even the top of the frame.I had a little trouble for a minute trying to get the stand on, but eventually I was able to turn it so that the thermometer now stands upright and is easy to read. The display numbers are big which I like and you can immediately read the temperature and also the humidity. It also tells you what you’re reading the temperature in, Fahrenheit or Celsius, and has an indicator from dry to wet, with comfort in the middle in green.You can turn the power on and off if you want to, but again it is that button that is hidden behind the battery compartment door and I wish that it was somewhere that is easily accessible. But I will be leaving it on not turning it off so that’s not an issue for me.The temperature did not start out accurately after I first put in the batteries; it said it was 83F, then 81F in my unit but I turned my air conditioner on which goes on at 78 and it did not put out cold air, just the fan. But later the temperature on the thermometer went down to 78 and has stayed there, which I think is accurate, and only went down to 77F when my AC did go on to cool the room, so I think it is accurate, but it took a few hours to get there after first opening up and turning on.This indoor thermometer is easy to read at a glance, and once you have changed the temperature setting to the one that you want it is easy to use. It doesn’t immediately show the accurate temperature, but after the first few hours it does. Changing the setting just takes a bit of extra effort because you have to remove the battery compartment door but it is easy to use and easy to see.

Not that accurate with humidity readings
Bought two of them to place in my guitar cases. They are small but readings are well visible. The good thing: they are consistent between each other, show pretty much the same readings. The bad thing: humidity readings are off and not just by 2-3% as claimed. I have three other devices and I placed all of them next to my Nest thermostat. All five showed pretty much spot on temperature reading. But these two stood out with their humidity readings being 5-6% off (higher) compared to Nest. Since I bought them for humidity monitoring for the most part, I will be returning them and getting something more accurate.
