I initially bought this bear for my son who has ADHD. I thought it would be soothing for him and maybe help him sleep better. He does not like the breathing aspect of it because it sounds very mechanical. But, my 1yo loves it and uses this bunny for naps and bedtime. He loves it and it works perfect for him!
