Exactly what I needed
I have a brand new puppy and live in the country so I wanted to gate the deck instead of having to tie her down with the furniture etc. These gates are perfect, they don’t block the doorway, they were relatively easy to install. They will do a great job through three seasons; I have my doubts about winter, as the snow is usually railing high.

Came on time. Came with instructions. Didnât need them, really easy to install.That being said my husky pup has been ROUGH on this gate. Works great. If I donât lock it, she pushes her butt to sit in the hallway. If I lock it, she stays put. She has head butted it, climbed it, crawled under it, punched it with her paws at the bottom.. and it has survived. Sheâs now trained so she doesnât abuse it like before but I have been very impressed. It is daily tall and she stands 5 ft and has never jumped over it so as they learn, you do need to do some training obvs but then itâs all good.When she climbed over and also under, it was not locked. So make sure to do that .5/5 stars for me and if I ever need another section or door gated off Iâd buy again in a heartbeat. Worth the money

Mesh Baby Gate
I was looking for something to keep my older dog on the main floor as he has difficulty with stairs on his own. This gate works really well keeping him safe on the lower level until we take him upstairs. The mesh gate is easy to open and close and it is nice when you are not using it the mesh rolls up. I liked the gate so much that I ordered another one for the stairs down to the basement. I don’t know how effective or safe the gate would be for a child but it works well for my older dog.

It would be great for dogs/animals not so much for kids. I bought it as a cheap alternative to a baby gate for my daycare and for my 14 month old son and itâs kind of a pain to unlatch it to get through then lock it and when you do âlockâ it, it doesnât even seem to make a difference aswell as very flimsy. Wouldnât buy again- but as a âfor nowâ item it works.
Easy to use one handed!!
As a parent, you often have to do things with one hand â this gate is perfect for that. The one learning curve is that the button must be locked (shown red button in video) in order for it to be safe. It is easy to get used to! Easy for guests to learn. And aesthetically pleasing. The gate is virtually unnoticeable when not in use. My husband did have a little bit of a hard time installing it but we had a family friend who is handy come help and they had no problem at all. You will need a drill! I know most baby gates are annoying to install anyways. I would definitely purchase this again and I much prefer this option over the plastic/metal ones. Super easy to use, safe and durable, and (frivolously important to me), looks pretty!!!! 5 stars all day.
Love the fact it retracts and out of sight when not needed!
It took longer to arrive than in used to with Amazon products but the product itself is great quality and does the job well. It keeps my Rottweiler out of my kitchen while I’m cooking. It’s a lifesaver.
Ityem is well designed, well mad and easy to fit with clear instructions. It does the job very well keeping the child within prescribed areas ith no stress. Unlikely to be compromised by the little one as it fits gaps perfectly
