It was a nice gift and the product is good
So let me start by saying that we ordered the opened box option that was listed as “like new”. It was cheaper and I was able to get it delivered sooner. As seen in my pics, it looks like it was thrown in the box, it had what looked like milk stains or baby food on the seat cushion and the wheels had hair caught in them. So this was definitely a returned item. Ordered on Friday evening and it got here Saturday morning. It was odd that it seemed so dirty upon arrival seeing as it had all of its tags still on it. I cleaned it well when I put it together. I was able to put it together no problem, came with all instructions but I didn’t really need them. I will say that I didn’t like how the seat is deigned to sit up and recline, its a bit difficult to change position once its in place. Also the tray can slide from the sides or from the releaseon the front end. Both ways will work but it seemed like it just wanted to come off rather than slide back or forth. Maybe because it was a returned item. No clue! Just saying, learn from me and spend the extra $20-$25 to get it new. I think this highchair will serve its purpose. Just not so sure if it was a wise decision to opt for the bargain price. 3stars for effort.
We love this high chair! I do lots of research and checking out products before I buy something, because who doesn’t want to buy a quality product for their baby. I love that this chair will allow her to continue using it as she grows. The highchair has a secure safety harness that is easy to clip together and get apart. The fabric on the chair wipes off easily as well as the tray. The tray is dishwasher safe, however it is so easy to clean, we haven’t had to put it in the dishwasher yet. The bottle sections are nice- we use one to put her food in and one for a bottle. I love the security of the nonskid material on the back legs, so I know the chair is not moving. The wheels on the front make it easier to move it around the kitchen. The Milly pattern is very cute!

Super cute and easy to clean. It has wheels on the back but not on the front. I get they are keeping the hi-chair from moving with baby , but it is difficult to move around in general. Be careful if trying to slide it back or forth from a table it the seat lifts when pulled and baby can pinch fingers.
This is the second Ingenuity high chair I have bought. I bought one for my first granddaughter and it was such good quality I bought this one for my second granddaughter. It’s been 5 years since I purchased the first one and their quality is still top notch with this one.
