Amazing product and can be used for numerous reasons. We use as a security camera.
I don’t have babies hut after a recent home invasion we realized that we need cameras so that if it ever happened again we will have a face to show the police. Anyhow, this was an amazingly affordable alternative to alarm camera’s. We close the eye when we are home but open it before bed or before we leave. If the system detects a face that it doesn’t recognize (you tell it who you want it to recognize) it will immediately send you a notification and a photo of the person who doesn’t belong. It’s frigging amazing.

Never again, this device is terrible it keeps losing connection and the support team says its my internet everytime. I am sorry if i am not losing internet on anything else then this stupid device shouldn’t either. You have to pay a ridiculous yearly fee for all the extra bells and whistles, which are all absolutely useless if you simply just want a “camera”. Waist of money, terrible support, terrible product. Who in todays world has the time or money for this?
overcomplicated and unreliable
product is a webcam that sends your data to an overseas server and then loops it back to you via the app or web browser interface. as a result there are signifivcant drops and lags r/t traffic and load. the camera features are numerous and unnecessary. am i really going to given you facial recognition for my family so this camera can track who is coming and going (and on your end, what are you going to do with this data which you have matched to IP and location)? the cherry on top is they want you to pay and subscribe for this service, which also adds a bunch of unencessary bells and whistles. Dont buy if you want a simple baby cam. only kept this as a gift.
ZERO Tech Support for this Camera
Five months, four emails and two comments on their community post section and I still have ZERO support for my camera. They have just continually ignored me. All I need to know is if there is a way to sign out of all devices because a controlling and abusive ex-partner who has stalked me had previously logged in after downloading the app. Iâm totally disgusted that this company hasnât answered. I donât feel safe enough to use the camera and they just ignore me!!Zero support for domestic violence victims.

Excellent baby camera with automatic sleep tracking and accurate cry detection (my wife loves this aspect the most). Clear day and night vision quality, able to see baby eyelids and breathing movements. Good temperature monitoring and wide range of lullaby tunes (or white noise) on the app.Overall reliable connection and power, able to view babies remotely or via Amazon Echo display. Have used a USB powerbank to make it portable for mobile ad-hoc locations. There is some expected 1-2 sec lag on LAN cable (2-3 sec lag on WiFi) which is often seen even on more expensive cameras.It has been really useful for our twins that we now use 3 invidyo baby cameras (1 for each cot and 1 for the play area). Also helps us with their sleep training.Wonderful after-sales support. Keep up the good work, Invidyo team!
I have used many IP Cameras and was excited about reading all the features of this Baby Monitor. However, while it arrived fast, that is the only positive I have experienced with it. The set-up was straight forward but the lag on the video and the low low low frame rate made it impossible. After being plugged in for an hour, it started by itself to pan left & right, up & down. The stream to the phone was ended and no matter what I did, eg reset, power on and off, reinstall the software, it would not return to normal. No support on the supplier website. I have used IP Cameras for 1/3rd the price that was a million times better. Product Returned.
We had another camera for a year prior to buying this one. The other camera was a very well-known, name brand camera. We switched Internet providers and it was no longer compatible with our Internet so I was recommended this camera. I was already having issues with my other camera not staying connected throughout the whole night, so I purchased this to give it a shot. I wasnât sure what to expect since I wasnât familiar with this brand, but I was pleasantly surprised. The camera stays connected all night. I love that you can rotate the camera to see different areas of the room. The fact that you can play music is also a cool function! I donât usually buy the subscriptions, but I did because I wanted to be able to watch it back to see how my son was getting out of his crib. We didnât need all the fancy features that the subscription provides, we just wanted the playback feature⦠but if I had a newborn, it would be really cool to use the facial recognition features. The audio stays connected on my phone all night, even when I am not in the app. I got frustrated when our previous camera wouldnât keep the audio connected through the night, but this camera rarely has issues with connection. Altogether this camera is great quality for the price and I highly recommend!!!
Received quickly and was very easy to set up . I love that my husband and I can both download the app and see our lil one any time. Temperature feature works great along with wonderful night vision . I got a free month as a gift for the cloud record and its 7.99 month after that. So far I think it’s well worth it. Face recognition could use some work but the picture quality is clear enough I don’t think that matters much.
I love this camera!! For a first time mom this camera helps my anxiety! It came with a piece that easily attaches to the camera that I could wrap the around his crib for a great view. The reason why I gave it a 4 star besides a 5 is because you have to pay a subscription to get the extra things- I added pictures of the different subscriptions! But besides that it works amazing ! It was an easy set up! Great video and audio .. you get the video in HD quality and great night vision-I love to be able to step in a different room and have a piece of mind-
