This item cost me $22 postal fee to return this defective item to the seller. It was confirmed that it was shipped and received by the seller on time. However, they are refusing to issue the refund claiming that it was late???
Great idea but ineffective performance
The product looks good but performance has a number of issues. The trimmer chipped my finger nails. The trimmer does not work for toes as it keeps stopping. When I used the file on my toes, it shakes the nail so much that my nails became sensitive and I was afraid it would hurt the nail bed.

The best for infants
I have tried multiple different nail clippers and this stands out the best. This is easy to use and donât have to worry about cuts. In the nail trimmer slot, only the nail can fit hence no more cuts and this also has a filler to unsharp the corner or to give a proper shape. I am loving it.

Easy to use, great feel
The 2-in-1 design as both a clipper and a filer is fantastic! I can trim my babyâs nails quickly and then smooth the edges without any hassle. This feature ensures that there are no sharp edges left behind, keeping little fingers safe.The detachable filing heads are easy to clean and replace, ensuring that the trimmer stays hygienic after each use.
In comparison, we have the baby rotating nail file with various textures or coarseness of sandpaper. We have scissors. We have nail clippers.So, it is not like we don’t have any other method to cut nails.To me – I did like the rotating metal file. However, the sliding back and forth slot to put your nail in to be cut, took a very long time. It cuts just a small amount off each time. I spent way more time cutting/trimming a nail than if I had used a scissors or a nail clipper.I don’t think this is easy to be used by elderly. The on/off feature (or child proof double push) would not be needed for elderly.It is unclear if EVER you have to replace the metal rotating disk. For the other kind we have used, yes, eventually the coarseness of the sandpaper file wears down.Compared to other choices we have for cutting nails, this is not my preferred choice, just on the amount of time to figure which buttons to push to turn on, then which for the cutter, and then turn off. I just grab a scissors and be done with it.One would need a scissors for a hangnail or cuticle trim.It is ok. It is not bad. It is not great.
So the 1st one I got I find someone elseâs nail inside, so I reported to the seller and return it, the one in the pic and video was the replacement of the 1st. So I used it 3 times already and I am really happy with the results, I would have given it 5 star, but since the 1st one, deducted 1 star,The package was nice and clean.The only thing I still having trouble is that when trying to turn off I press both button but the light is still on. So I get confused if the machine is still in or not?! Anyway, it does cut my nail safely, btw; itâs kind of loud so beware.
