This is perfect for bath time safety.This little duckie is rubber with a plastic bottom that safe guards the battery space. It is adjustable to set the temperature and F/C for temp measurement.The top of the duck is digital thermostat. It displays the temperature which ensures the water isnât too hot or cold prior to placing the child into the bath or during the bath cycle.It comes with instructions and is very easy to use.It floats around the tub and monitors the temperature well with the displayShipping and delivery was fast. It came in a cute box which adds more reason to make this a great gift for someone who is expecting or has small children.

i got this little ducky because i already have the otter version of this product which i absolutely LOVEbut a little ducky is quite the classicPLUS it’s wearing sunglassesi mean… can’t get any more perfect than that, right?!so here is the review i made for the otter thermometer(i’ll add the reason why i took a star off the rating after this):—————————————————————————————————-got this little dude for my inflatable pool because i was always curious about the water temperatureyet all the thermometers “made for pool” i’ve seen in store are ridiculously basic and expensivethis one is a bit on the expensive side too BUT:- it’s cute as heck!- it’s digital- auto turns on when placed in water- easy to know with quick glance if too cold or hot (obviously, not useful in a pool context but for baby baths of course)- celsius/farenheit, easy switch with button- seems rather solid too (if kids throws it out the bath, let’s say)- floats perfectly- shuts down on its own after a few minutes- battery compartment can be opened to replace battery (don’t know if it affects the waterproof check though)- oh and: IT’S AN OTTER! Stops working quickly
Have used it for 2 months and itâs already stopped working. This was a replacement for our last duck that lasted 4 years. Would not recommend. I wish I could return it.
Great peace of mind for parents to young babies
Wanting to make everything the best for your little one is every true parents desire. Is the bath too warm or too cold? Never gonna have to worry about that with this cute rubber duck thermometer.It works really well and side by side with other thermometers, it’s picking up the same readings which, to me, makes this a very accurate ducky!This arrived quickly, packaged well and arrived undamaged.
Great for first time parents
So helpful for a first time parent to make sure the water temperature is at the perfect number. It’s also a cute toy so you can just store it with the rest of the toys. But it takes the guessing away if the temperature is too hot for kids.

It the perfect thing for bath time with the kids as it. Seems to detect the temperature accurately and be waterproof enough. Its also build well and so I can’t see it as a chocking hazard. I think its useful for adults too to check what the temperature if you are feeling a bad. A good and innovative product!
QUACK-QUACK too hot mom!
Tested several times using hot water and a commercial grade infrared temperature scanner.Ducky was only 0.9 degrees off but close enough to still be safe so I would trust it.Packaging was protective, instructions easy to follow but only slightly awkward to view the display and keep turning it over to find the correct button out of three buttons as not marked large enough to read.Auto-off worked fine both in water and in mid-air.Oddity is made to look like a child’s toy but box states keep out of reach of children.
Works beautifully. No more guessing if water is too hot or cold .
I use this when swimming in the sea. Itâs seems to work ok. Had to put a ribbon round its neck so it does not swim away!
