Reviews

  1. Daughter loves it
My daughter loves this toy. She’s 11 months now and loves playing with the ball drop and the carrots. She’s still too young to play with some of the attachments. But it’s a great learning toy to grow with them. Great quality as well

  2. Great quality for the price
Slot tops slide in and out easily as stated in other reviews but for the price I can’t complain. I plan to secure them with painters tape to prevent this. Pieces all feel solid and good quality. Folds up nice and compact. Set comes in a cute box, great for gifting.

  3. Awesome budget Toy!
While I was looking for the ball drop toy, I came across this item and am so happy I purchased it! It has so many different configurations, so it offers tons of entertainment for a long period of time! I love that it comes in a box to neatly store your items (and a linen bag for the small ones) and that the structure itself can close up nicely to clean it up. Very strurdy and has held up well so far’Only complaint is that the wooden “lid” that your using slides out quite easily so baby can take it out on their own. But for us that has turned into its own entertainment so it’s not even that much of a bad thing at all 😉

  4. Great for 14 month old
Arrived quick. Lots of options to keep toddler busy!

  5. Great toy and great price
Amazing toy! I bought this for my 7 month old, and most of the items are too small for him at the moment but the ball drop aspect is perfect. I found ball drop toys on their own to be a similar price so it just made sense to buy this toy that can grow with him as he develops.

  6. The Cadillac of play cubes
Soooo many open ended play options and it grows with your baby. You can start using the ball option as soon as they’re old enough to learn the concept of ‘in’ because the balls are too big to be a choking hazard. You can teach colours, shapes, numbers, the concepts of in and out, big and small, object permanence, etc. The only downside is that the different holes you can swap in slide a bit too easily in and out. I’d recommend either taping one in at a time or drilling in some sort of clasp to keep it in place. Overall, we love it and I’m gifting it to everyone I know with a baby/toddler

  7. My baby loves it already
Bought early to see if my daughter would like to try something more advanced. She loves the gears on the side. I like the quality and how much you get in such a small package. It stacks well with her toys on the shelf. Product is as depicted. I made fabric squares so I can use it as one of those tissue box toys as well. Very versatile.

  8. Not great quality
Mine came with a defect on one of the faces of the cube. Also if the baby shakes it the top slides right out so not great design, needs a latch or something. Also thought the tray in the front was to stop the balls rolling away also but they are too small and roll through the gap, would be better if the balls were a little bigger so they stopped. Also the bag with all the blocks in it needs to be slightly bigger. The box is big enough to fit all the objects but the bag makes them not fit well because it’s too tight so they can’t settle to the bottom then the lid doesn’t fit well. Should also have a drawstring so they don’t spill out everywhere when you take the bag out for the child to play. Overall just needs some more thoughtful design. It’s fine, just not great for the price and needs some easy improvements

  9. As an occupational therapy practitioner, it warmed my heart to see my Godson’s daughter engage in play when she first opened it at her 1st birthday party! With modeling, she was able to imitate movements to complete the activities, with the exception of the coin task (which is the hardest to complete for visual motor skills). She also didn’t understand why the carrots didn’t go in, when everything else did. Hehe. But her fingertip grasp was excellent, pulling them out of the “garden!” And she did try to eat the carrot. HeheSizes of pieces were good for grasp, and variable in size for increasing fine motor skills. Nothing seemed like a choking hazard, but interactive play is always best, so supervision should be present anyway 🤷🏽 everything seemed well made and solid, with smooth and sturdy quality wood.Cons(ish): It would’ve been nice to have a magnetic “fishing” component, like in other similar Montessori toys, but it useful and fun with the activities included. She played with the clock face, but obviously time-telling is a bit above typical toddler aged skills. So something else more age appropriate on that side would’ve been better, in my opinion. The one thing that was frustrating was the gap in the “railing” in when the ball comes out of the box. The gap is big enough that the balls can roll out. So if you’re playing with it on a tabletop surface, you might have to go fetch for the balls rolling away!Overall, a very good, age appropriate choice for most one year olds, in my opinion!

  10. Bought for my 1yo and it came exactly as described. Great little set to hone their fine motor skills. 2.5yo also finds it fun to use even if it’s quite easy to use for that age, likes to plant and harvest the carrots. Looks exactly like the picture, carrots might be a little redder but that’s about it. The pieces were probably smaller than I thought they would be, not tiny but still should probably supervise mouthy kids.

  11. This toy is very helpful for my little ones fingers. Easy to store in her toy bin. Worth the price almost a year later and the durability is great. Colors are super bright and easy for my little one to identify her colors.

  12. My toddler enjoys playing with the set and it’s good quality too.

  13. This is an extremely durable toy that offers many educational opportunities for kids such as object permanence, pattern work, learning numbers and time on the clock, assisting with pincer grasps and fine motor skills, could even teach some colors with it. My little one is 9 months and right now she shows interest in the carrots, shape puzzle, and balls that come with the kit I’m sure she will continue to play with it as she gets older.
