I got this light as a “random” gift for our family this Christmas. It was recommened to me but I didnt have very high expectations. I suffer very greatly during these “darker” times and seasons and havve tried many things to improve mood, motivation and concentration during the fall and winter seasons.I tried this…just to say I had tried it.Joke was on me. This light is absolutely fabulous! I put it on the room and go about my business forgetting its actually on and I can’t believe the difference I have felt. It is usually so hard for me to get started, even though the list of things to do seems endless. I turn on the light, make my morning coffee nand within 15 minutes, I find myself starting small tasks and organizing my “to-do list” in my head. I am shocked and would recommend this light to anyone who just feels like they need a little “pick me up”.My husband uses the light when he gets home from work which is especially helpful since he works nights and my daughter and I have it on in the room when she gets home from school. I find she sometimes gets home tired and a bit cranky but within in short while she perks up (even if shes still tired, her attitude goes away).I’m not sure how it works…but I can swear that it DOES!

Jâai commencé à utiliser ce produit, car une de mes collègues me parlaient souvent de luminothérapie et elle possèdait une lumière comme celle-ci. Jâai donc décidé de mâen procurer une sur amazon. Je lâutilise lors que je fais du télétravail, car je ne sors pas vraiment durant la journée et avec la periode hivernale où il y a moins de soleil, cela me fait du bien. Je suis beaucoup plus motivée devant mon écran dâordinateur quand jâai la lumière à mes côtés. Jâaime le fait quâon puisse ajuster la puissance de la lumière et la couleur aussi. La minutrie permet que la lumière sâéteint automatiquement après le temps alloué. Très simple comme utilisation et toutes les touches se trouvent devant lâécran. Très bon pour les personnes qui ont besoin dâilluminer lors de periode plus sombre que cela soit à cause de la température ou son moral. Je recommande celui-ci , car bon qualité/prix

This light arrived on time and well packaged. I’m just trying it out and so far impressed. It’s very easy to use, just plug-in, turn-on, select light setting and press timer option from 10-60 min. My measured size of the unit out of box is: 6 3/8 W x 8 5/8 H & depth with built-in stand about 2 3/4″ D. Happy with purchase.

It made the difference between living and dying during the winter!! I am bipolar and struggle miserably from October through March living in Ohio. This light made a world of difference in my life!! I have one in the bathroom, kitchen and office where I spend a lot of time. And it is a miracle worker!! Don’t delay!!
I bought this light probably a year or more ago. It works great, especially for seasonal changes. I used it a LOT. Probably more than you’re supposed to, and it finally died this morning. I pressed on, it flickers, and turns off. But, since it lasted so long with so much use, I actually ordered the same light again today. It is definitely worth the price.
I’ve never understood the benefit of one of these lights until I suffered a physical setback and can’t get out in the winter sunshine. Helps with my mood and energy level for a price that’s right! Instead of having your doctor prescribe all kinds of expensive pharmaceuticals, get one of these – you’ll be glad you did. I wouldn’t have believed it until I tried it!
