I gave this LEGO set as a gift to my child for their 7th birthday. My child loves playing with this set, loves that it has so many neat things to build that can be built quickly, and that there are lots of different pieces to add to our LEGO collection that are different shapes/sizes than what we already have.I will say that while the box makes it look like there are a million pieces in the box and that price per brick is decent on this set compared to other sets on Amazon, there still don’t seem to be a ton of bricks when you open the box. There are 500 pieces in this LEGO box, however, most of them are small sized bricks, making this a low volume set. If you are looking for a good amount and variety of transparent bricks, though, this is still a good set!
