I bought the Bella baby breast pump off of Amazon with the generic 24g flange not knowing that flange size actually matters and should fit your nipple size to actually get the right stimulation to increase milk supply (as per my lactation consultants). I was able to get the right fit with this purchase and it does in fact work & is compatible with the Bella baby breast pump! My first pump using this setup, Iâve never seen so much milk output before! So happy with my purchase.

I have been struggling with milk supply for a while and have tried EVERYTHING and I couldnât figure out what the problem was after doing research I found out the size of your flange matters ⦠wish I knew this sooner. I had to down size and Iâm soooo happy with the milk Iâm actually pumping now. This is also compatible with Bella baby breast pump which is what I have. So thankful.
Perfect Fit
Ordered it for my wife because the original flanges that came with her speCtra s1 plus was too big. Not only was it more comfortable but she actually had more milk. You can find a ruler online to measure if you dont know your size. Google “Pumpables Nipple Ruler”

Sometimes the extra Spectra parts get a little weirdly designed or are just hacked Medela parts…. ugh. This is a well designed set with the duck bill valves and the shorter backflow protectors. The tubing was also a bit longer. I didn’t need extra storage bottles and I did need the appropriate sized flanges. (They weren’t previously available when I had my last baby.)Pictured is the duck bill valve when compared with a Spectra brand duck bill. If you’re experiencing lots of suction, these need changed out on occasion. The isn’t much difference. The Spectra seems to be longer at the base and is thicker through the length of the bill. The Spectra silicone is softer. I’m fairly certain that it will hold up longer than the Maymom duckbills, but the price is significantly higher through Spectra.For stars for price and functionality, not five stars because Spectra brand is slightly better quality.
I was noticing a decrease in my supply when pumping so I did some research and decided to measure. I found I needed a smaller flange size and this was the perfect fit for me. I have since had an increase in my supply and the suction on these are great!
