  1. Finally free!!
Ftm here, I’m currently ebf, I usually sleep with no clothes on and it’s been tough having to wear the nursing pads and my nursing bra due to leakage. I also felt bad that whenever I would feed the leaked milk was being wasted by being absorbed by the pads. Now I don’t have to worry about a bra while sleeping and I no longer have leakage when I breastfeed! 10/10 recommend and when they stopped getting sticky I just washed it just warm water and dried them on a clean towel and voila the stickiness was back right after drying them!

  2. Free the tatas!
These are awesome and they work pretty well! I am exclusively pumping and live in a pumping bra because I still leak a bit. I never used to wear a bra at night and I missed it, now I can free the tatas!

  3. Love these!!
These are amazing! They stick on and prevent leaking. Will buy more!!

  4. Worked well for a little bit then lost stick
This worked well for about two uses before losing its stick. I tried the cleaner that comes separately but they lost suction.

  5. Not worth it
I used these for my first baby and I barley breastfeed and I lost the stick to them almost immediately, not to mention they kept falling off when I was to hot or the milk started to come in. Wouldn’t recommend.

  6. Alright, I’m very torn about these. I LOVED my lily padz but, yes, I think they heavily contributed, if not caused, our bout with thrush. BUT I would still purchase them again. I wore them all day, and all night. Every second. Without airing out my nipples, ever; bad idea. Because of the price, I insisted on not buying replacements until the month was up; bad idea. When I got thrush I switched to my inbra milk catchers while at home to help my breasts breathe, and with medication and thorough sanitizing, we we’re good. Now I wear my lily padz only whenever I’m going somewhere or wearing something special because THEY DO WORK AND DO THEIR JOB WELL. If my husband and I are going to have sex, I also wear them. But I highly encourage you stay away from wearing them all the time, and give you the heads up you will probably need to buy more than one set if you use them lots.

  7. Pros:- Invisible under clothing- no milk smell- soothing to sore nipplesCons:- the price. On the website it says, they can last upto 2 months with proper care. As I plan to breastfeed for a year or more, that adds up to a fairly large sum.- no storage box. It says to store them on the domes they came on, but I would appreciate a cute little box to put the entire thing in.- air drying is a pain. Again, a cute little box where I could put them to air dry without catching lint would be convenient.- while messes are rare, they are more messy, as one of these, leaking a full load of millk would not be fun.

  8. I wore these at night because I would leak a lot from one side wasting a lot of milk. They work as claimed but if you are someone with a heavy let down, the build up of pressure will make you squirt milk across the room. I pump around 4am and had to learn quickly how to do the fast switcharoo of taking this off and getting the flange on. I am not going back to pads because it really does prevent leakage but I wish there was a warning. Also, if you have really tender nipples (like in the first few weeks of breast feeding) these HURT when you peel them off. I would wait a little while until you no longer get that pinch sensation when latching or initially pumping

  9. I never liked disposable nursing pads, I always got hot and itchy. The reusable fabric ones are fine, I still use them, mostly at the beginning when milk leakage is most likely to happen, due to higher pressure 😁. They’re kinda bulky and can show through thinner bras.LilyPadz are nice, and ‘most of the time’ actually STOP leakage. They stick to your skin, and you can’t see them through your bra. You could even wear just them, without a bra, because they stick in place. My first set lasted through 2 babies nursing, before I lost Them. 🤦‍♀️. They weren’t as sticky by then, but I felt like they worked well enough.I bought LilyPadz brand of soap the second time around. Until then I had been using regular liquid soap. Might have helped them stay sticker longer, if I’d used their soap from the start? Not sure.On VERY HOT days, they can get sweaty and a bit stinky (B.O.)…but once cleaned off their good to go again. 😊

  10. With my first, I used disposable pads and I hated how the stuck to my chest and made me extremely itchy. So when I was pumping after giving birth again, I was looking for something useable, in a hurry. I came across these in Target and they honesty were life changing. If applied right, they do a good job of preventing leaks and are smooth to the skin so you won’t have that “I’m wearing a pad in my bra” look. Unfortunately they only lasted a couple months so when I stopped pumping, I had to get rid of them. Which is fine because it’s still cheaper than buying boxes of those disposable pads. I’m pregnant again, so I knew I wanted these for this time around as well. I did also invest in reuseable/washable pads, but I know the LilyPadz will be my go-to option!
