  1. Parent unit stopped charging
    I’ve only had this monitor for 2 months and the parent unit stopped charging. Really disappointed as we loved everything else about the monitor. I’m unable to find info to directly contact the company for a replacement..which is also annoying.

  2. I’ve had my unit for a little over 1 month, and about 3 weeks in, the unit stopped holding a full charge. I charge it all day, and the battery drains within 15 minutes.Such a bummer.Also, I can’t find any company info?Nick, from customer service, reached out to me within days of my review. He went above and beyond to get me a replacement screen & cord, free of charge. He also included one of the flexible mounts as a courtesy. I am quite impressed with the customer service and I am really enjoying my new monitor, works like a charm!Thank you Nick!

  3. We have had this monitor for 1 year, and loved it at first. We bought it because it has low EMF’s and doesn’t connect to WIFI.Sadly, the monitor will not hold a charge any longer. I can charge it all night, and the second I unplug it in the morning, it dies. The only way it is usable is if it is plugged it.If you want a monitor that last more than a year, I suggest again this monitor.There is also no company information online, which makes any customer service communication impossible.

  4. We’ve been using this monitor for 9 months now and have loved it! Unfortunately, the screen has been turning off randomly for the past few days and even in the middle of the night which is very frustrating. Now the screen won’t turn on at all even though it has been plugged in for hours and we have tried to press the reset button multiple times. I really wish this wouldn’t happen and we could continue using it!

  5. I bought this as my previous system sound broke. The company updated it and it works much better. The battery life improved and the sound quality focuses now on voices rather than background noise (such as the sound machine). My old camera from them easily connected to them as well making it a quad again!

  6. We loved this baby monitor for 4 months until it stopped working. One day it showed a low battery (it had recently been charged) so we plugged it in for plenty of time but it never showed it was charging and the screen would restart when we powered it on but the would shut off immediately. We switched out the charger cord but no luck. Not sure if it is an error on our one product or if anyone else also has this problem. **UPDATE** I got in touch with a moonybaby representative and they were fantastic to work with. They sent a new monitor with expedited shipping and so far it is working great. The company has a great representative team and I am very happy with my experience.
