Easy to use and work great
Product was easy to use, stayed up well and did great job blocking out all light, even more than my blackout curtains do.
Affordable Blackout Alternative
We purchased these for use in our RV to cover the windows in our toddlers room. The actual material is easy to handle and comes in a huge sheet that is great value for the cost. It is simple to cut for your own size needs and does black out the space well. Unfortunately the adhesive product is underwhelming as it became unattached after only a couple of weeks and had to be replaced. This is still a great product that serves its purpose well for a fraction of the cost of other products if you are willing to sacrifice aesthetics of higher end curtains/blinds and find a better attachment product.
Exactly what I needed
Iâve been looking for blackout options for my baby room for months and nothing worked completely as either the blind or the curtains would allow the light to come in. But once I installed this on the window – which was very easy by the way – the room became completely dark! Now my baby takes longer naps and she wakes up fully rested. Highly recommend this product!
Great product – but doesn’t stay up long
I love how dark the room gets with this blackout cover .. I use it in my baby’s room for naps and at night. The sticky dots however keep falling off the window, sometimes halfway through a nap or through the night it just peels off and is super inconvenient if it’s light outside.
makes room way too hot and has chemical smell
I normally don’t like posting bad reviews, but people need to know this. This product works in terms of blocking out the sun. We used it for our 3 month baby’s nursery and it made the room pitch black. We did have to pin the edges to the frame of the window to help with adhesion.HOWEVER, as soon as the sun comes out, these blinds absorb all the heat and makes the room waaay too hot (and this is in January in Canada btw). It also emits a weird chemical smell. As soon as my husband and I opened the door to the nursery, we touched these black blinds and they were HOT. We also had faux wood blinds underneath and it was so hot it altered the shape of them! They’re now curved lol… so now we’ll need to replace them too.Needless to say, we will be removing these as this can definitely be a health hazard for our baby. I’d rather have her sleep in a brighter room than inhale the smell and sleep in 27C+ temperature.
Great product and support
I got these curtains around 3 months ago to cover my bedroom windows which cover one full wall of my room. The work great in keeping the light out, just make sure to cut them to the right size.I had one issue with the stickers though. My bedroom gets a lot of direct sunlight (which is the reason I bought these) and since I had stuck the stickers on the glass, they started to slowly melting after a month. I contacted support and they were more than happy to solve the issue. They sent me two new sets of stickers right away which are apparently heat-resistant. I haven’t try them yet (as the old stickers are still hanging in there), but I hope they don’t have the same problem.A piece of advice, if you have enough curtain and space on your window frames, stick these to the frames and not the glass. This should solve the issue. I couldn’t since I had them already cut to the size.
Liked them so much I bought 3 sets
I really quite like these. I’ve bought 3 different sets for my kids rooms, for my mom’s and my trailer. I love that they are cut to fit so you can make it fit any window. And that they secure with velcro so you are able to take them down when needed. Absolutely LOVE it for my trailer as my kids need it darker in there during the summer but I like to have the light coming through during the day.They are quite thin and easy to manage but are VERY good blackout. My only complaint would be it doesn’t cover 100%, unless you cut to fit larger than the window space but then can still have some light shining through the edges if you don’t have velcro along the edges. But they do a damn good job for the price!
I purchased this product because the skylight in my small bathroom makes it so warm in there that I canât stand it. The skylight is at the top of a tunnel so I could not apply directly to the window because my ladder doesnât go that high. So I put it on the opening at the bottom which should be the ceiling of the bathroom and I guess it works OK I just had an issue after I cut it of, making it fit right. But all in all itâs doing its job.
This product definitely has its benefits but I was sad to find out that the adhesive does not work as well as I’d hope! 3 weeks later and one of them went down. It was a pain for me to reach up to the top of my window to stick on, so I haven’t had a chance to stick it back yet. The cutting to size was a bit annoying also but I know that can’t really be helped. When it did work, it worked really well. Did not let in any light.After my initial review, customer service from the company messaged me and worked with me to find the best solution to my problem. They were friendly and efficient and was able to help to the best of their ability. Although the product did not work for me, I would definitely buy from this company again since I know they value their customers.

Assolutamente approvato. Devi metterti con poâ dâimpegno a tagliare i pezzi della misura giusta ma soprattutto dritti, quindi serve un minimo di praticità , ma gli adesivi sono super ed il telo è coprente al 100%. Io sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
