Love this cute little crying rack for all my babies sterilized things.

This was a gift. The new mother really liked it!!! It helped her organize the cleaning process.

I was tired of stacking baby bottles and breast pump parts on a tea towel to dry, so I got this. It’s very useful…it comfortably accommodates 3-5 Dr. Brown’s bottles, vents, valves, nipples, etc. and is sturdy enough for glass bottles. The plastic spikes allow air to circulate while still supporting drying objects. I like the cute gray cloud design… it’s fairly neutral but not boring, and the long flat side allows the rack to nestle up against a backsplash or a traditional dishrack.The only negative is that the drain spout is so low on the rack that for it to function as intended and drain directly into the sink, I would have to keep the whole rack elevated, because as it is water can’t actually drip out. The stopper itself is slightly in the way when the spout is open, but more importantly my sink, like most kitchen sinks, has a rim around the edge to minimize splash-out, and the drain spout is below the level of that slight rim when the rack is sitting flat on the counter. My workaround: when I finish washing baby dishes I tilt the whole thing, rack and dishes, to allow excess water to drain from the spout before I put the stopper in and slide the rack to its spot on the counter.

This drying rack is deep, or tall – whichever refers to the space created between the surface that it is placed on and the top of it. Certainly, a valuable quality that might be helpful when one is attempting to dry taller things, like some types of baby bottles, or something that is bottom-heavy when right-side up and must be upside-down to dry. However, a combination of individual heftiness and density of prong grouping makes securing such things difficult as nesting these can be a struggle. That said, with some finesse it can be made work, and it works well. Admittedly, the ease with which it is disassembled, cleaned, and stored until next needed colors the overall impression that, as a dedicated baby-stuff only drainage mat, this functions as needed.
