Melissa & Doug
Our baby newest favourite toy. The only downside is only one of the ball came with it have a bell inside and it’s not very loud either. We used other balls for it and it works great as well
Awesome gift for baby
We bought this for my son’s 1st birthday and both him and my almost 4 year old are enjoying it. We got it on sale for a pretty good discount and I would say it’s worth the price we paid. I don’t feel it’s worth the full price, but that’s just me. The purple ball jingles which both boys like. There’s a spinning star, a crab maze thing on the side, and I like that the whale mouth at the bottom can open and close to store the balls when not being used. Great toy.
Such a fun toy
My almost 1 year old loves her tower. She has so much fun watching the balls go down. The octopus has a rattle to it which my little one loves when it goes down. Would have been nice that the other two would have rattled as well
Hours of fun
When I bought this I wasnât sure if my 1 year old would care much for its given them hours of fun. Anything that can be rolled down is, not just the rollable that come with it. Would recommend. Is great for helping with fine motor skills.
Bonne qualité
Jouet de bonne qualité et très mignon. Ne prend pas trop de place et possibilité de ranger les balles en refermant la bouche de la baleine. Je le recommande!
Great toy!
16 month old played with this for over 25 minutes the first time she opened it! Goes back to this toy daily!
FINtastic!
My baby loves this toy and it keeps him busy for a while. The sea theme is adorable. Love how the balls are little sea creatures.
Expensive for what you get
This is an ok toy. Falls over a lot. For the price I was expecting much more!!!
The melissa and doug wooden ocean slide is such a big hit. My daughter got it for her first birthday and its been the most played with toy since. The toy is made of a lightweight wood that is pretty good quality. It’s lighter than i thought it would be, being made of wood. My daughter can pick it up and tip it over very easily. It’s good quality though, no splinters or any defects in the wood. The colors are nice and vibrant, great for kids. The little rolling “balls” sometimes get stuck but they’re very cute. I love that you can buy different sets of balls online to add to the collection. The moving parts are cute on this toy, the opening and closing of the whales mouth is her favorite. Overall I highly recommend this toy! Especially for around the ages of 8-12 months. Ball drops and putting objects into something is a great developmental milestone!
Super cute and fun for our little one. The only flaw is the top blue piece. It doesn’t stay tightly fitted and falls off constantly.
Iâm in love with Melissa and Doug toys and the Wooden Ocean Slide toy is beautiful! Itâs one of my favorites by them! The Rollables are addictingly cute and perfect for my 10-month-old granddaughterâs hands!Itâs an Easter gift and hasnât been played with yet but I examined it closely. Smooth wood, no flaws, and very sturdy. Itâs also easy to store, with a mechanism to keep the Rollables contained when not in use!Iâm always pleased with Melissa and Doug. Iâll revisit this review after the toy is used! Now Iâll have to get all of the Rollablesâ¦they are too, too cute and very well made!!
Such a cute toy! Love that it came assembled and ready to go. My baby is a newborn so she wonât be able to use it anytime soon but itâs adorable and matches her nursery. Iâm sure sheâll love it when sheâs old enough to play with it. One of the little rolley animals has bells for extra sensory play. Love it!
I was really excited about getting this toy for my son; it is great for teaching cause and effect, working on grasp and reaching, developing ball skills, and more. The box it comes in has a few additional creative ideas on how to incorporate it into play, which I thought was a nice touch. I did not anticipate how much my cats would also like it; between them trying to swat the balls, watching them go down the ramp, and sticking their nose/paws through the holes, it seems this toy will definitely serve to entertain both my son and my pets. Overall, I like the toy and I think it will go to good use. After looking it over, I’d say the pros and cons are as follows:Pros: colorful with a cute design, multifunctional (can roll the balls, throw the balls, use the side track, manipulate the starfish and whaleâs mouth)Cons: mine came with an area of unfinished wood that could cause scratches, the whaleâs mouth lever is a little stiff and harder to move
