It has 2 blades, a ripper blade at the back and a large push blade at the front. Both are manually able to be tilted, but only the front blade can be raised or lowered using the remote control. The bulldozer has a lot of neat details including a man in the cockpit. The remote control allows the user to move forward and back, left or right, raise or lower the front blade, turn the motor sound on or off, and turn a set of lights on or off. It was fun to play with.The bulldozer comes with 2 rechargeable batteries for the bulldozer, and a pair of AA batteries for the remote control, and a screw driver to open the battery doors, so you can play with it right out of the box.The toy is well made, but the on-off switch for the bulldozer is backwards so on is off and off is on. It’s a bit confusing. At least the lights come on when it is turned on, so I was able to tell if I turned it on or off.
What A Fun Toy!
This little Bulldozer is a lot of fun to drive around!I have a few RC cars ordered from Amazon and itâs refreshing that this one comes with everything you need to get it going right out of the box! Finally I donât need to go buy additional AA or AAA batteries.This bulldozer has plenty of details that make it stand out. It has a very well textured front shovel, plastic safety bars, rubber track and even a little man inside the drivers seat! When you start the bulldozer up it plays idle engine sounds, that turn into a bulldozer driving sound when moving. A nice touch to the realistic feel is the front lights that can be turned on and off from the remote (so can engine sounds, fyi).The bulldozer has directions for forward, backwards, left, right, shovel up, and shovel down. The controller also has a button for a âdemo modeâ, where the bulldozer does a fun dance. The shovel operates very well and is fun to lift up little objects on the ground. One thing I noticed on my bulldozer is that the left and right side of the shovel lift at a slightly different time. This is hardly noticeable and is the only criticism I have for the unit at this time.For now, my main enjoyment has been shovelling of debris on my PC desk, with the most ridiculous way of doing so; Mini Bulldozer!A great little toy that Iâm sure any future construction worker would love! Highly recommended!
Wow, Very Cool Bulldozer!
This is a great little RC (remote control) bulldozer. Any child will have a lot of fun with this. Using the remote, you can make the bulldozer go in any direction as well as lift and lower the front blade. The rear plow blade can be moved, but only manually. There are also buttons to control the lights and tractor sound independently (i.e. each can be turned on or off). The remote also has a âdemoâ button where the tractor will show off itâs moves. It also comes with a user manual.The bulldozer runs on 1 rechargeable 3.7v battery, and they provide a second one as a backup. 2 charging cables are included (but no power adapter). The connector is unique so donât lose the charging cables. The remote control takes 2 regular AA batteries (included), but if you have your own rechargeable AAs, they will work just fine too. Both battery compartments are secured with a small screw, and a Phillips screwdriver is included to open them up.Build Quality:The bulldozer is made with a mix of metal and plastic parts. When I took tractor and remote out of the box, my first thought was that they seemed a little fragile. Although this is a toy, I donât think that it will stand up to being dropped or handled roughly too much. I will not even be storing it in the toy box with the other pile of toys to be on the safe side.Note that thereâs a red âon/offâ button underneath the bulldozer and itâs labelled backwards. To get it to work, I had to slide it to OFF.Summary:Overall, it works very well. It responds to the remote promptly and accurately. The lights and bulldozer sounds are a great bonus that adds to the realistic experience.I ordered this for our grandchildren to play with when they come over, and I am sure that they will love pushing things like Lego blocks and toy cars around on the floor. And in the unlikely case that they donât, great! More time for me to play with it!
Ok for the price
Considering the item is cheaper than some of it other competitors, you kinda get what you paid for. Quality is on the lower margin vs some of the other more expensive options.
fantastic toy for kids who love construction vehicles
This Metal RC Bulldozer is a fantastic toy for kids who love construction vehicles! The realistic metal shovel, lights, and sounds make playtime so much more fun. I would NOT recommend for younger children as there it is a bit tricky to get used to.
Attractive looking remote control bulldozer
I received a remote controlled bulldozer toy that was accompanied by 2 rechargeable batteries and charging cords and a remote control that is powered by 2 AA batteries (batteries included). This toy is made of plastic and metal and has lots of detail that makes it quite attractive. The bulldozer is powered by a proprietary battery pack that must be plugged in and inserted into a compartment on the bottom of the bulldozer. Unfortunately, the battery must be removed from the compartment for charging, which is a bit inconvenient. I was pleased that there is a second rechargeable battery, so you can always have one charged and ready to go. The bulldozer makes sounds and has lights, which can be turned on or off using the remote. The bulldozer drives well on a hard floor, and moves at a fairly slow speed, so is unlikely to damage items in your home. On carpet, I did find that the ripper on the back of the bulldozer tends to snag our area rug when moving off the rug, and it would have been nice if it could be raised up farther to prevent this from happening. Overall, an attractive remote controlled bulldozer with lights and sound, a toy that is sure to please.
My grandson loves it.
I bought this and had high hopes for this product needless to say it SUCKS! When I received this there was parts floating around in the box and over all had terrible construction. I charged the battery’s and took the toy outside as one does and decided to try it on snow and it had terrible performance the tracks kept slipping off and would not push anything ( i should have guessed it had a hard time pushing a empty cardboard box across my kitchen floor). So i go and try to grab it and the whole cab breaks off i thought it was just some saps but no the molded plastic broke completely off. Please don’t waist your money on this piece of crap.
For the price it’s a fun play toy for kids. It’s also good that it’s extremely slow, as you know kids can’t help but mash the controller button and destroy things into the wall. So this does teach a little better control. It is a nice detailed simulation but it doesn’t have enough power for kids to really play in the dirt with it. A small amount of dirt stops it when you have the blade down. But it’s still fun for kids and they can scoop up balls in their toys and things like that
Like most cheap dozers, itâs still gets the job done
It fun but not practical for a 4 year old. To rough with it.
