Great at preventing arm breakouts, but not leg breakouts
Our little Houdini loves a challenge. While the Miracle Blanket does prevent him from getting his arms out, he manages to kick his way out of the bottom pouch and calls for us once he breaks free as if to show us that he succeeded. Also, the lack of velcro may be a bonus for some, but having to lift your baby multiple times to wrap the arms and rest of the swaddle is by far more disturbing to the baby. If you don’t have a kicker, this could be a great solution. However, I recently came across the Swaddle Strap and think it is the best solution. The beauty of this strap is that is can be used with or without a sleep sack (great for fluctuating climates), keeps the arms contained without affecting the hips, and can be used to help with transitioning from a swaddle to sleep sack.
