Use Hot – Heat in boiling water (over 80℃/176℉) for 2 mins or in the microwave 70s at 350 watts. They can be used as heating pads to relieve clogged ducts and mastitis, encourage milk let-down during breastfeeding.

DO NOT MICROWAVE, it says they can handle it but nope. Only use if you are going to boil the water otherwise they will melt/ pop quickly. I loved the size of them.
Leaked with 2nd use
Arrived late despite Amazon Prime status. Also despite following instructions for power and duration for microwave, it developed a hole and leaked the gel with second use. Especially when using with a baby feeding on the area, this is a safety concern. Would not recommend this product.

I absolutely love these mom cozy boob warmers! I would recommend them to anyone who is breastfeeding or pumping. It helps my milk flow out and the size of them is perfect to fit around my nipple and the flanges of my pump parts. I like these ones over the Frida mom ones because they get warmer and stay warm for a long period of time depending on how long you leave them in hot water. However I want to add they say they are microwave safe however I would not recommend doing it because I had one explode even using the recommended time. They are easy to use, function great for my needs and i think they are worth the price. Also comes with 2 covers for them which is extremely helpful if you need them really warm but not to touch your skin directly. YES YOU NEED THIS JUST BUY IT AND THANK ME LATER!
These are pretty big and easily can be heat up or placed in the freezer. They also come with cloth covers to protect your skin whether you use them hot or cold. These are essential for breastfeeding moms!
As a DD (pre nursing size) first time mom ⦠these were a savior. The gel was comfortable and the size allowed for max boobage to be soothed. The pick covers are a nice material that is tiny so you really experience the icy cold which I used them for.They defrost kind of quick but was long enough to serve itâs purpose.
Doesnât stay cold for longer than about 20 mins and when I heated up in the microwave, it bubbled in one spot. They did contour to the breast well
Exclusive pumping mama for twins, Iâm attached to my pumps and the girls need some love afterwards⦠pop these on right out of the freezer is absolutely heavenly. They are comfortable enough to sleep in, fit perfectly in my bra and are just super easy and nice to have on hand!
