poor battery life, also suspected used product
Package looked previously opened, but it looked in good condition so I accepted anyways. Probably a mistake. VERY poor battery life of device – not as advertised. Maybe lasts a couple hours at most, needs to be plugged in to use for longer, which will just result in battery slowly dying. 4 camera option is very useful and it remembers the cameras each time so easy to toggle between use of them in different locations. Picture is good in the day, night vision is rather poor. I have a summer infant one too and it is much better picture. No capacity for pan or tilt so camera has to be placed exactly right. Two way talk feature is important but many others have that. If it wasn’t for the battery issue I would rate higher. I give 2 stars because of the other features I mentioned.
Does not charge
I started using this product in February and it is already not working. The monitor will only work if plugged in which is super inconvenient . If it is unplugged, it instantly says low battery and beeps. The photo quality is not the best but good enough that I wouldnât mind it if the battery worked
Good monitor, mediocre picture quality
I had high expectations for this monitor. First off, The split screen feature is the best. You can only hear one screen at a time, but it can rotate between rooms every 8-10 seconds. The battery life seems really great so far. Cameras were easy to install. Good sound quality. Great range. I am not impressed with the picture quality. For the price, it should be much better. Grainy, especially in daylight. Also you have to manually move the camera, you cannot swivel the camera from the monitor. User instructions pop up on the camera every time it turns on, which seems weird, but good for babysitters I guess.
So this is my 6th, 2 camera baby monitor Iâve tried. Weâve tried VTech with and without WiFi (WiFi was a joke; if you want WiFi get Nest or similar cameras), 2 different HelloBaby and a Baby Sense.We have a 3,000 sqft 2 story home built in 2021. Primary bedroom is downstairs, my childrenâs rooms are upstairs. One bedroom is opposite end of our room, the other is above our room. We have been able to connect to monitors to the camera above our room no problem, but the room opposite of ours has been difficult. We have only been able to use an audio only monitor. But now that we have another little one, I want a split screen and 1 monitor for both. I just got it a few days ago, but so far I am so relieved I finally found one that checks (most) my boxes.1. LOOOOONG Range2. Split screen and scan option3. User friendly (external volume button, switching from camera to camera, menu access)4. Wide angle camera, not zoomed in like a lot of others5. Charges fairly quickly and lasts the day on power savings mode6. Clear picture quality with both day time and nighttime.7. VOX is great, we use both white noise (loud) and music and it doesnât pick up on that unless you actively are looking at the monitor.I havenât used the music because we use Sonos speakers, but the mic/talk back works well.The only feature I didnât realize it didnât have is to move/toggle the camera. Maybe that helps with the better range? I donât know. But Iâm willing to sacrifice that to have a monitor that reaches across my house through walls and frame work. It isnât terrible though, because of the wide view lens. I have it set to see the whole bed for both my babes.Overall, it is a random brand to me, but so far so good. And even if it lasts a year, Iâll deal with getting another one to have clear picture and strong signal across my house.
Después de mucho navegar para conseguir un buen monitor estaba entre éste y el dragón baby. Y la verdad me gustó muchÃsimo éste..Trae dos cámaras, muy fácil de “parear”. FÃjate del botoncito pequeño que traen abajo me tomó 10 minutos encontrarlo jaja. Pero es súper sencillo.La baterÃa no dura muchÃsimo pero puedes tenerlo conectado y el cable es bastante largo.Las cámaras son resistentes, de buena calidad. La pantalla es grande. Se cambia modo nocturno en automático. Está muy bien !!!Lo único malo es que si tú casa tiene paredes muy gruesas o estás muy lejos la señal no es muy buena y se pierde.Pero al menos en mi casa, que es pequeña, la señal ha funcionado de maravilla.El sonido es bueno.Eso sÃ, las cámaras tienen que estar conectadas a la corriente.No requiere wifi. Eso es bueno.Vale la pena.
i have 2 babies and this comes in handy to monitor both of them at night with the split screen function. i love that it has super long lasting battery life, one single charge is sufficient for me to monitor my 6mo baby and 2yr toddler nap throughout the day !
I purchased the monitor and two baby cameras in January of 2023. The system was very easy to set up, picture on the monitor and the sound is very clear. Iâm even able to hear the kids snore or talk in their sleep, even the air coming through the vents when the AC cuts on. However I did have an issue with the monitor not staying charged and not turning on after about a little over a year, but thankfully there is a 2 year warranty. I emailed customer service and got the issues resolved, Iâm currently waiting on a replacement but Iâm beyond impressed with the customer service. I would definitely recommend this product to any parent who needs a camera monitor in two separate rooms or just wants to have multiple views in one room.
Nos gusto mucho, nosotros tenemos Angel Careny en imagen es muy similar. Creo que la calidad de l imagen funciona perfecto asà como en modo de visión nocturna. Sin duda lo recomiendo
