The product itself and the way the company took care with the fitting, the personalization, and even gift wrapped it for our little one year old was way above and beyond my best expectations.More than that, her 2 older brothers were thoroughly taken with it. Their mother sent us the absolute best pictures of them all enjoying the puzzle together. There were so many perfectly fitting pieces that all 3 could be involved and not get into each other’s way.None of them can read the inscription on the back yet, but it’s there for when our little granddaughter can read it and know that Grandpa and Grandma love her and care about her.The only problem was the delivery. We ordered it on May 6. It was finished and on it’s way by May 8. It cleared Customs in New York by May 16. It reached New Jersey by May 19, North Carolina by May 22, and finally got to the town in Virginia where our grandkids live on May 23. They didn’t receive the package until May 28. I needed it to be there by May 22, but May 23 would have been fine. The package came in good shape, but it was extremely late.
