Best bang for your buck and super comfy
Lightweight enough for backcountry, sturdy enough for large humans, and so comfy every body type was happy with it. Bought one for each of us and we all loved it.
Zipper Slider Broke in Two Pieces with Regular Force used to Unzip the Bag
Absolutely love this chair, it’s comfortable, lightweight and made with all metal framing instead of plastic joining parts (like some of the higher end brands which offer something similar). However, we are returning it and ordering a new one due to the zipper being defective on the bag (which is why it’s only getting 4 stars). The zipper slider broke in two pieces with regular force used to unzip the bag. I’ve never had this happen with a zipper before so I can only guess that it was a defective zipper.
Wicked awesome chairs
We got drawn in by mass advertising for theses chairs. We had a trip to Algonquin Park planned, and needed lightweight gear for kayaking.I’m a tall guy at about 6’5″….I can lean my head back on the tall back of the chair, and have since purchased inflatable pillows!These chairs are awesome and comfortable. Quick setup, easy to do. Quality is good, well designed.We used them for a 3 night trip, then many trips locally, we have immersed the legs in sand, and really worked these chairs… as well as using them at car shows too.I have been sharing between my kayak and my classic car, but I think it’s time to buy another one.I purchased the first one, skeptically, but then bought a second one less than two weeks later.
Light and comfy
I recommend this chair! Purchased this chair to use in my new pyramid style hot tent. This chair is easy to set up, sturdy, and comfy. I’m 6’1″ and 230 lbs and this chair felt good to sit in. The high back gave good support. Packs reasonably small and light. I’m not a backpacker anymore, but I could see this being carried for short moderate hikes. Chair did not sink into melting ground and the feet worked well. Chair might have been a bit tall for my style of tent, but I made it work – I’m keeping this chair! I may buy the shorter version as well, I need a second chair anyways. I’ll see how that works in my tent.
Poor customer service
The carrying bag broke after first use. I contacted the company by email several times with no response. Although I like the chair I will not purchase from this company again
Compact and light!
This review is only based on how easy it was to set up and how comfortable it was to sit in because I have yet to use it for camping. I’m most excited about how compact and light it is; I have a small hatchback and the more space I can save on a camping trip the better.I’ll update the review once I test it out fully but I am optimistic that it’s going to work out great!
Good Value & Seems Well Made
This chair seems to be well made and sturdy. Time will tell whether it is good quality and will hold up to years of use like my Helinox chairs have. Not as easy to put together due to the construction approach used but thatâs what makes it cheaper to make.
Super lightweight!
I love the high back on it and that you sit a little higher off the ground than most camping chairs like these. It is easy to assemble. It is squeaky though when you move around in it.
It practically assembles itself with the integrated bungees and clever design. The parts fit together beautifully, and it is Easily strong enough to hold my 200 lb self, and rolls up quickly into a very compact stowable package.

We are using it while off roading or overlanding with my Wrangler , does not weight anything , small size makes it easy to store ; assembly is easy ; I am a tall and heavy person 100+kg though I am comfortable sitting in it â¦

Holy cow! This is an incredible little chair. I watched videos of people shaking it and it just comes together! I donât do that because itâs a bit slower than just putting the poles where they should go but once itâs set up itâs very comfortable and sturdy. At 160lbs I donât feel the chair strain to hold me which is reassuring. Itâs light enough to throw on the back of a bike and take with you and disassembly and putting it back in the bag is way easier than I thought it would be. That said- it isnât the âlightestâ chair, but itâs not really that heavy either. If youâre looking for a quick, easy to use and comfortable camp chair- this is the one. If you want ultralight, why are you here?
