Velvet texture
Both sides have a velvet texture. The “bubbles” are low and soft. Washed and dried well, no fluffies. Has decent weight to it. Nice stitching. Bought for my cat as wanted something a little different than the stereotypical fleece like throw.

A blanket so nice, I ordered it twice
I purchased this fir my toddler who asked me to please surprise her with something beautiful. The white and pink medium sized blanket was on sale for a very good price. I ordered and within a day it arrived. It didn’t disappoint. The minky is lovely. I am a seamstress and it is of high quality – I actually work a lot with minky amd was super pleased. In fact, this blanket is so lovely I ordered another one for myself a day or so later. It is my fave “cozy up on the sofa” blanket. And my toddler loves that her and momma match. Even full price, I would purchase this again for gifts.
