I bought this item in October tiring to beat the Xmas rush but when I put batteries in the glow worm nothing worked changed batteries a couple of times still not working. What do I do??? Unable to return?? How to fix problem??

Je lâai acheté pour le dodo de ma petite-fille de 16 mois, je croyais quâil ne fonctionnait pas bien mais il y a deux temps de musique, le premier dâenviron 10 a 15 secondes et le second beaucoup plus long.Finalemnt je le recommande mais je trouve par contre que le son est très fort surtout pour lâheure du dodo

This is a well made product. Soft where it needs to be. Has a solid glow face. It’s smaller then the ones I grew up with. But a good size for baby.
