It’s amazing!
Works as directed. I sprayed my pillow. My son’s pillow and my husbands blanket with this. I think I sprayed too much. It took a long time to get rid of the smell. Please use sparingly. I think I overdid it. We suffer badly from insomnia. This made us sleep like we had something strong. It kept us sleeping through the night and well rested for the day. No grogginess or medicine head. Natural and essential oils are in the ingredients. It smells great but can be overbearing.
Smells amazing
I bought this for my 7 year old boy to try as he was having difficulty relaxing and winding down at bedtime. We were using the patches before this which did seem to help him however they would come off his pyjamas in the night with him moving around so much it became a game of where are the patches in the morning!! So we decided to try the spray. I am so glad we did we will not be going back to patches!! The smell of this spray is so nice and really does relax you. I find that my son is sleeping so much better and wakes up so much more refreshed from a good night sleep. I spray it on his pillow just before bedtime, and within 5 minutes of him laying down heâs sleeping like a baby. I have also found he has had less nightmares/bad dreams and hasnât talked (or yelled) out in his sleep either. The price is great for what you get and a little does go a long way. The smell does fade rather quickly which I donât like however he is asleep by the time it does fade away. I asked my son if he likes the bedtime spray and his answer was âI really really like it and it helps me sleepâ. I will definitely be buying this again and again and I have recommended it to so many other moms and family members!! I cannot say enough good things about this product! It really lived up to my expectations.
Smells good but didnt work
At first I thought it did. But I think it was just placebo! We do still use it to help him calm down during night time routine
Great product
I love this spray. Cannot be without it. I use as a room spray and for my pillow to help me sleep and also spray on a handkerchief to help with anxiety, especially when travelling. Not over powering as fragrances usually cause a migraine but this does not. Highly recommend

More uses than just your pillow!
I spray my pillow, but also my bedroom, linens, my pj’s, my wrists, closets, etc. I have a tapestry by my bed and I spray the corner of it that’s close to me when I sleep. I have a plushy and he gets a spray as well. This way the scents envelop me. The scents are wonderful and the relaxation as a result is so welcomed. Lavender, chamomile, bergamot and geranium. I spray this on my toddlers pillow every night and I can tell a difference in his sleep
Just wish the bottle was bigger I use this product as a natural way to sleep because I’ve been having troubling sleeping and didn’t want to rely on melatonin gummies all the time so I use this spray with the combination of brown noise and it has been working great.
Can’t wait until I use this to help me sleep. I’ve use it before and it dose work.
