First of all this dresser arrived on time and was completely undamaged. The assembly instructions were clear, easy to follow. Two people required for parts of the assembly. This dresser is solid and all drawers slide smoothly. The finish looks really good. I would buy this dresser again and I recommend it highly. Another big plus is that it is made in Canada.
Very solid dresser
This dresser is nicer than expected. The drawers are a little shallow but they are pretty wide. The only issue that we had was that we received the wrong instructions so the assembly was more difficult than it should have been.
Time consuming
Unless you have a power screwdriver be ready to spend at least 3-4 hours to assemble this dresser. The finished product looks good, but if you have carpet on the floor you should use the tipover restrain device provided to secure the dresser.
no phone support when needed
The dresser is actually very nice. We are pleased but it was difficult to put together and we needed parts. Top was damaged. During the assembly we called several times looking for support. Only to discover they don’t answer. At all. . They did however answer the email we sent after the weekend. Parts and replacement top were shipped. All fixed up now but lots of frustration. We bought two dressers and a nightstand. We tried to return the nightstand but they will not take returns, Amazon that is. I will add they shipped parts quickly and we’re very easy to get issues solved online
The cabinet has a strong smell
Standing next to the cabinet, I feel uncomfortable in my nose and eyes, but I have already thrown away the packaging box of the cabinet and it has been installed.

The dresser is very nice and sturdy, but I had two bad experiences with it. When I first ordered it, one of the wood pieces was broken right out of the box. It wasn’t due to handling but likely a packaging issue. I think they need to pay more attention to the tiny wood parts during packing.I contacted customer service, and they quickly arranged a replacement. However, when the replacement arrived, it was missing one of the red wheel drawer slides, and the top wood part had small cracks. Luckily, they hadn’t picked up the first damaged dresser, so I was able to take the undamaged parts from that one.If you’re planning to order this dresser, you might want to consider ordering two! ðHowever, the dresser is perfect and beautiful.
Excellent quality
Iâve been looking for a dresser for awhile now and just couldnât find what I was looking for. I was nervous to shop online as I wasnât sure what the quality of the wood would be like. This exceeded my expectations. Although it took several hours to put together, the steps were easy to follow.
Nice looking ! But came with damaged pieces.
I received my item in a box. I had 5 damaged pieces, chipped, glue spots , very dusty. But I got my problem resolved quickly.
I LOVE this chest of drawers. I love the look, the smoothness of the drawers. Having been in the market for one for a long time, this is a great piece that is reasonably priced but is not cheap and nasty. It is a lot to put together for one person but it’s perfectly doable. I am very good at building furniture but it took even me a few hours over two nights after work to get it done (the drawers are tedious but not difficult) You may need someone to help you lift it at the half way point to put the back on – I managed to get the middle piece (which has to attach ½ a foot off the floor – I put stuff under it that matched the height I needed) but I’m stubborn and I should have asked someone to lift it for me. The materials feel like I should have paid more than $250 on sale. The drawers fit more than they look like they should and though the black coating can be easily scratched (I suggest putting a blanket down before you start construction) it is magnificent. Very happy.
These don’t look bad after put together. Some spots lamination I think will peal off. Got black and had to use a black marker on a few spots. Will I buy again…no. they are not as sturdy as Ikea dressers. But will work for now
Customer service was really great. A piece was broken but the customer service assisted us with this. Used a power tool to assemble and rook about 2 hours but was easy to do. It is sturdy and beautiful. Purchased as a bonus room dresser but I liked it so much it is now the primary dresser.
I ordered Cherry and the dressers is an ugly brown. My husband put it together before I got home so I can’t return it.The parts are not labeledNot sturdy
Same as the pictures but it came with a little dent in it which I wonât make a big deal of because itâs in the back and didnât mess with the structure of it at all, plus I was way too far into building it when I realized. I dislike the handles and wish the gap was a bit more universal. I found handles at Home Depot that I fell in love with to swap out but unfortunately they donât have 2 3/4 inch handles in that kind so Iâm stuck with them for now. I had already gotten one for my kidsâ room and I loved it so I got it again for my room twice. The first time I never received it because it was damaged during delivery (which I suspect is the same thing that happened this time.) Otherwise, I love the height and size and it was very easy to put together. I would suggest using a drill because Iâve done this twice manually and it hurts a lot after awhile so Iâm getting a drill next time lol
