This first aid kit is well stocked with all the essentials and packs in some extrasNot only is the kit well organized, but it loaded with an assortment of bandages designed for different uses. You’ll also find saline sollution, alcohol wipes, cotton wool balls, safety pins, as well as scissors, first aid tape and tweezers.Because of it’s compact size, its perfect for camping, storing in a car but will still fit nicely on a shelf. It also has a convenient carry handle.I picked this up to replace a first aid kit at work, that’s nowhere near as complete.Recommended

Small in size
This first aid kit is small in size but holds quite a bit of items. Itâs a great starter/basic first aid kit that can treat many minor things until you can get better care. The price is a bit high for the quality in my opinion.
Every household should have one
This is a fairly complete first aid kit. All inside of a nice carrying case. It has all necessityâs you should have, basic bandages, alcohol cleaning pads etc. some parts like the swabs and scissors are usually pretty cheap but itâs a good start that you can modify for your needs.You could almost have multiples of this kit and have one in a vehicle, one in your garage or workshop and one in the house.
The 245 piece is definitely the better option if you have the space
Got the 245 piece kit instead of the 99 piece as I am planning to store this behind the seats in the car instead of the glove box. Very happy I did. The 245 piece comes in a kit with a handle that opens into 3 different sections (included a picture with pen for scale).The kit and zippers feel high-quality and the folding out is easy with another velcro flap to hold things in place. Has everything I could think I would need in an emergency kit including an emergency blanket and a little plastic whistle in case you get stranded and need to call for help. Makes this a good option for the boat as well. As others have mentioned there is also eye-wash solution included which is great, coulda used it this one time I got sand in my eye. This kit also contains eye bandages to cover up the eye after the wash until you can get to medical attention.The other nice thing is it includes instructions including a triage flowchart. Something struck me as odd, but isn’t enough to detract any points. The first aid guide has all of the different products offered by the company (there are a few options to fit any needs) and there is no 245 item included, the only one that closely matches is a 250 item kit. Makes me wonder what the 5 items they took out are.
Excellent first aid kit with many helpful tools for those with first aid knowledge
This is a comprehensive kit and I feel like first aid training would go a long way in helping someone use this kit to its fullest. I say this from the perspective of an ER nurse. All of the tools are very useful if you know what to do with them.The bandaids of which there are many are of average quality with non breathable beige toned plastic. There are also larger dressings that are a fabric style. The dressings appear to stick well and function well. I love the inclusion of saline for wound cleaning and a cold pack. The trauma sheers are sharp and effective. Multiple types of sterile gauze. Lots of alcohol pads and a cold pack and compass. Along those same lines is the emergency blanket and whistle. The whistle looks like it has another function but I have no idea what it would be. I love the inclusion of a small first aid kit with ample bandages, swabs and alcohol swabs. Lots of safety pins and tape for the ribbon gauze and triangle slings.With so much included this kit seems to be a great value with items that could be replaced as needed into the well made case.
