Adults and children over 12 years should take 5 ml or 10 ml daily; adults over 65 should take 5 ml daily. The formula has a great tasting white grape flavour and is free of alcohol, dye, and sucrose. Allergy symptoms kick in when your immune system overreacts to substances called allergens. Indoor allergens, including mold, dust, and pet dander can cause allergy symptoms at home and at work. Since indoor allergies can be triggered any time of year, they can often be easily confused with a cold. Understanding and recognizing the symptoms is half the battle.
