It installs easily with no drilling required and you only need one hand to operate. The OutSmart slide lock is designed to work with hardware up to 4.5″ apart.
Prominent decoy button can be pushed by child, with no effect
Flexible surface hides FUNCTIONAL buttons in plain sight
Easy installation with no drilling required
Simple one-hand operation
Fits on both cabinet knobs and handle pulls

Easy to attach and remove
This lock worked perfectly for us when our small inside dog discovered the garbage and that he could bump the door and sneak his nose in. So we use this when not at home and found it easy to put on and remove. I have large hands and my wife tiny and there are no issues with the smartly designed side release. Recommended
Keeps both kids and adults out
Ive tricked many of my friends with these thinking that the lock is a different button than it actually is, but thats not why its getting 5stars! My 3 kids, 7 and under all YANK on these and they have held up well over the years. Have saved my dishes from needing to be washed multiple hundred times as well!
Sense of security lock
Love this baby lock- we have a baby genius on our hands and he hasnât figured it out yet along with his older siblings. Gives you that sense of relief that your children wonât be getting into dangerous things they arenât supposed to. Use it to lock up our chemicals under our sinks and all he does is play with the pretend button and loses interest. Great idea!
Lock well

No entry
It is big, probably oculd have used a smaller. Does the work, blocks access for tiny hands
Very simple to use
I like this product because it’s very easy to use because you push on the end and it opens where like those other baby locks you have a tough time unlocking. It’s very easy to use.
Flimsy and feels breakable
This lock feels less durable than other Safety First locks. My little girl pulls at the plastic and it bends far. She will probably break it. I keep a close eye when she is near it.
The decoy button fools the adults too haha
Works well! 14mo hasnât cracked the code as of yet! Get a good chuckle out of the adults who get duped by the decoy button
El seguro se ve frágil pareciera que se va a quebrar al primer tiron, pero a mi hijo de un año le ha funcionado muy bien hasta ahora.
Better than most similar locks but depending on your cupboards the doors can still open slightly and little fingers can be caught in the gap. Unfortunately with baby proofing you kind of have to make do with what there is and there are rarely any perfect solutions.
We remodeled our kitchen and didnât want to apply adhesives or screw in locks on our brand new cabinets. These locks have worked well. They keep my curious toddler out, theyâre easy to get on and off, will hang on one knob when not in use, and donât damage my cabinets. The decoy button is brilliant! Win-win-win for me.
el producto es muy seguro, y de facil uso, lo malo es que no medi la distancia ebtre las puertas y no me sirvio el candado
It works great but one of my cabinets has a big gap and it wouldnât fit that one. But itâs easy to open but not to easy. No way a toddler could open it.
