Nice wooden comb
Can’t speak to the usage in labour, but we were looking for a nice wooden comb and this fits the bill. It’s well made and looks nice, and I feel like it’s pretty good value for $10.

This comb has an inscription on it “It’s not pain, it’s power”. No Mom I’ve ever talked to has told me the process is not painful! But it’s possible this comb’s teeth pressing on your palm could be just the distraction your brain needs to get through it a little easier!
Lovely Comb – Beautiful Finish!
While I can’t quite speak to the labour relief that this comb gives (don’t worry, will try to remember to update the review!), I can speak to the overall quality and function of it!First off, it’s nice and thick, but still lightweight at about 50-55 grams. It’s got a nice smooth, non-splintering finish and is easy to handle thanks to the shape which is meant to allow your palm / hand to contour to it. It also includes a carrying case that has a wrist band that you could attach to a bag, or your wrist.Overall, this feels like a great product that, as a comb, functions very very well, but we can also see how this would be amazing as a pain reliever thanks to the smooth, non-sharp tips of the comb and how easy it is to grip firmly.

I can’t speak to its described purpose but I got this as it’s a perfect beard comb for travelling. The trick will be keeping it, as my wife also likes the small and handy travel size, plus she loves the smell of sandalwood. It had a very nice smell out of the packaging but has already started to change a bit, so time will tell if it lasts.This replaces several plastic combs in my toiletry bag that always end up breaking and losing several tines, so I like that this is thicker without being too bulky, and much more sustainable. Palm sized and easy to grip, I would recommend as a sustainable alternative for home and travel use.
Perfect tool for pain management
Got this for my pregnant girlfriend to help with pain from contractions and it was also a recommended pain management tool from her doctor. Works very good at managing the pain, she says it distracts her from the pain caused by the contractions. Definitely recommended for pregnant women or anybody else that wants to manage pain.

This is a beautiful sandalwood comb to help you through labor. The wood is smooth and there are definitely no splinters that you need to worry about. The comb fits perfectly in my hands and is shaped with this purpose in mind. I love that this comb comes with a wristband and there is also a nice little pouch to store the comb in.
