Great concept but sticky backing isnât great.
I really like the idea of these and the mechanics but the sticky backing on each is not very strong for plastic toilet seats. I have 2 of 3 that have popped off and not sure if I should return or modify with a new backing?
They donât stick

Disappointing
Received this around 2 weeks ago and I’m already using the second out of three locks. They keep falling off!
Wonderful toilet locks! While I donât love the giant logo, I canât 1000% get past that because everything else about these locks is great.One note of caution: Be mindful of how close to the back of the toilet you put these! Do notâI repeatâDO NOT put them right up against the toilet tank unless you are fine with having to apply some force to open and close the locks.That said, if you donât want your seat to open AT ALL, this is how to accomplish that, but again, youâll sacrifice some ease of use.I recommend placing them a bit closer than the instructions advise but not so close that they touch the tank.
My daughter thinks the toilet is a bathtub, she actually gets in the bowl. These have stopped her mad long as everyone remembers to close the toilet lid. Easy for my 5 year old to use the lock and relock it!
This product works great on our toilet with a flat lid. However if you have anything with a design or curvature on it, the product will not stay on. 2 of our 3 toilets have a lid with a curvature and we cannot use these. Just FYI. Otherwise they work great on a flat lid. Keeps our twins out of the main bathroom.
Two of the three still work. One broke after the first week of use.
I bought this toilet seat lock when my daughter was starting to walk to prevent accidents or drowning. Two out of the three locks do not work. I had to spend more money buying different kind of locks. This toilet seat lock is not dependable, if you are a parent buying it to baby proof your home I would get something better.
