I got this baby swing for a friend who is a new mother, and we set this up together. It was extremely easy to set up and the wide base makes this rocker extremely sturdy. It has several rocking motions and strengths – and her baby loved it! Of course it’s not a complete replacement for a mother soothing her child, but it works wonders to free up your arms and sooth your child for short periods of times. Definitely worth its price at $200 CAD

Gentle and relaxing
At the time of writing this review, this swing for babies costs $249.99.We have a friend who stays with us when she’s in town, but we don’t really have any baby stuff for her. I got this, with her approval, so we could have something set up in the living room when she and her baby stay.Like most people, I was apprehensive about buying something “off brand”, but in this case my worries were unfounded. This is as good or better than any name brand baby play set or furniture we have seen. The frame is sturdy, the fabric is strong, durable and stain/spill resistant, while still being soft enough to not cause discomfort. There is no errant stitching or burrs anywhere, it’s all smooth and polished.The swinging motion is very fluid and smooth. It doesn’t swing very hard or fast, and there’s no jarring movements, even if the baby is moving around. The movements and the motor are also whisper quiet, so it won’t disrupt a sleeping baby.Cleaning the cushion is extremely easy. It only takes a few seconds to take it off from the swing and just as long to put it back on. The included canopy and netting is also really easy to install and remove.The Bluetooth connectivity is also really nice for playing whatever the baby wants to listen to, usually something smooth and relaxing. The speaker is not the highest quality, and can be tinny and high pitched. Quieter songs and volumes sound leaps and bounds better than trying to play anything at a higher volume. It’s good enough for the babies.The safety features I can confidently say I feel safe with. I buckled it up and suspended the whole thing from the buckle and there was no chance it was going to come off or break. The buckle is impressively strong, and won’t be able to be undone by anyone using the chair, so there’s no worry of the baby escaping or falling out.Like most things for kiddos, it’s a bit pricey. But you can definitely tell there was a lot of thought put into many of the safety’s and features of this swing. There’s better out there, for sure, but I think you’d be hard pressed to find another one of this quality at this price.

This swing is a great thing for new mothers to have!It is easily plugged in and you can control its features from the LCD panel or the remote control.It look very comfortable and safe.The bedding or material is all washable.Great way for baby to feel held while mom has a break.Excellent gift.
