So first of all it’s really easy to use, and there are a lot of options for mounting this. It’s small and portable and it is a kind of all-encompassing unit, so you don’t have to download anything or do a lot of connecting to get it working.My first use of this was for the pack and play my son slept in on a cruise, which probably wasn’t very necessary, but I just wanted to see how it would work.We’ve since used it at two hotels and at a friend’s house where he slept in a separate room. In all instances, it was very easy, functioned well, and has a pretty good picture.The downsides are todd. I really think you should get the external battery pack extension. I will be buying that. Then there is a bit of an issue with video compression in low light environments, so it messes the quality up pretty bad. Only last thing I’ll say is the infrared lights are kind of bright on this, but that really shouldn’t be a problem.For the price, I think it’s a great portable option, and honestly I’ve had it set up about 2 weeks in his new room in our house, so I think it’s a pretty good at home option as well.
This baby monitor feels more like a traditional sense of baby monitor, without all the apps you have to download and set up. The unit itself is well constructed, and has accessories to go along with to make it a fixed baby monitor at home. The portability of this is nice, just need to make sure to have it charged up, or have battery pack as backup. Overall, this is an excellent monitor for versatility and would also make a great gift.
A great gift for first-time parents, to keep their on eyes on the road with rear-facing babies. Great for car use, but good for home too. This is the baby monitor of the future. It is easy to use and does everything you expect, and more! A must-have!
The idea behind the product is great. I had the older version which was fine but the 1080 quality was tempting and I purchased this. The quality during the day light is slightly improved, I canât say it was worth the money I spent to purchase this one since I already had the 720p version but the night time quality was horrible. Canât see anything as its super blurry! Even worst than my 720p. Very disappointed! Now need to uninstall and put back the wires for the old version again as the new version is using usb C connection. Need to send it back. Donât waist your money and stick with 720p version as it works better in dark in my experience. FYI, the 720p version is not also great at dark but at least you can see something vs the new version which is horrible.
