Perfect to keep doors open
We keep our cats litter box in our laundry room and I wanted to make sure no one closed the door and locked him out of it. This gets the job done.
Great item
Perfect for preventing door slamming and/or getting fingers pinched. Hard enough that it fit on the door and stays, but soft enough that it does not damage the door or door frame. Very easy to apply and remove.
Flimsy plastic
Flimsy plastic. It does the job but if you have a small child trying to close the door, it will move around.
I needed something to keep my office door propped open – it drives me insane that it closes automatically. I use this on the top of the door near the doorjamb and it keeps the door about halfway open! I wasn’t sure how it would work because it seemed most reviews just wanted it kept open 2-4 inches to prevent finger pinching, but I’m pleased to say it works to keep the door propped open further, too. My door is incredibly thick (2+ inches), but it stays on well and is easy to put up and take down. I can adjust where it is on the top of the door to determine how far the door stays open. I haven’t had a problem with it popping off the door even though my door is so thick.
great product. Don’t crush or flip off door, like soft foam ones do, when it slams shut in wind. Have bought a couple. would definitely buy again.
We bought this as a way to keep our bedroom door open. The door closes on it’s own and needs adjusting at some point, but this works in the meantime. We can move this device to be close to the frame to keep the door wide open during the day, or closer to the other end at night so it stays open just enough for our cats to get in or out of the room, but closed enough to minimize light/sound bothering someone sleeping in the room. It fit our door well and seems sturdy. We’ve had it for over a year now and it shows no sign of wearing out.

They are soft so they won’t damage the doors or door frames, or make any noise when the doors try to close. They are also easy to put on and take off.
I love these. I bought like four of them. They are really great because I can use them for the kitty litter room so when there are guests, they donât accidentally close the door on them. My cats like to have access to all rooms so this prevents doors from blowing shut, etc. And very easy to take on and off.
