My husbands review
I bought this for my husband as he likes to build things. His review: âFun build, instructions a little difficult to follow. Worth the time and effort though. Would make a nice edition to a Lego collection (he has three others)â
This is approximately the size of a Lego Speed Champions car, which is great because it goes well with that collection. I didn’t use the display case but I like that it’s an option and it appears to be stackable with this brand’s other cars that come with display cases. Great kit.
It’s a generic sports car to add to my collection. It got a little difficult putting the front and rear ends together. The decals were difficult to place on straight, so I left some off. I also built the other Tycole Super Sports Car (black) and it was about the same difficulty. They both look good when all together though. One nice thing is that a Lego figure will fit behind the wheel and there are nubs on the seat that fit into their butts and backs of their legs, so they won’t move all around.
Your car obsessed, creative child is going to love this kit. The display case will allow them to treasure it and make it a focal point in their room.
The bricks are well-made and sturdy. The instructions were clear but because it is all one color, it was difficult to distinguish pieces. The pieces snapped together easily except in a couple of places. I am not a fan of the front of the car’s design. Otherwise, it is a solid build. The color was consistent throughout the build too, with no missing pieces or flawed bricks. Recommend this set.
This is a sweet, trouble-free build. The standard size pieces fit together well. The manual has excellent illustrations, which is important for the black parts. The parts are in three numbered bags which are used in order. The steps are clear and easy to follow. The clear plastic display case is really nice, and you can stack them. The sturdy product box has attractive artwork and is a good gift presentation. The price is affordable. I recommend this set.
