Mattress protector arrived quickly and well packaged. Fits 12″ mattress perfectly. Doesn’t feel like you’re lying on a mattress protector. Tested for water proof and I can confirm that it is. Have used for around 6 months and washed several times in top load washing machine with no issues.

I have confidence that this product will not show any wear and tear soon after I wash it.Looks smooth under the sheets and makes the bed look inviting. easy to make with the cover on.Walmart versions like “Beautyrest” cost more and are poor quality comparatively.
