Stimulate your nipple
Stimulate your nipple until it perks up (important: don’t skip this step!)
Option 1: Use a ruler
Measure nipple using a ruler. The nipple should tuck right over the edge of the ruler.
Option 2: Using ruler app
The nipple base should line up with the zero in the corner of the app screen. Hold steady and slide the second measurement bar on the screen to the opposite nipple base.

Willow offers Flanges and Milk Containers in size 21mm, 24mm & 27mm. 11mm -17mm nipple size, we recommend the Willow Inserts with the 24mm Flange or Milk Container for the best pumping experience.
Q: Do I need a special bra for Willow?
We recommend wearing Willow with a full-coverage nursing bra that’s stretchy and has a flap. Avoid underwire and padded bras.
Q: Does Willow work with larger breast sizes?
Yes. Willow was designed to work with larger breast sizes including G and H bra cups.
Q: Can I return Willow if it doesn’t work for me?
Breast pumps and accessories are regulated as single-user product and cannot be returned once the safety seal has been broken.

Great pump, easy to use.
This was my 2nd hands free pump and fourth pump in general.Comparing hands free this pump far exceeds my previous pump. It is so quiet you hardly hear it. It is extremely easy set up, minimal parts, easy to wash, And works so well at extracting milk. The only thing I have had any issues with would be it not sectioning due to one cover not being clipped properly, but online help sections helped me find the issue quickly. As far as the pump goes the only negative I have heard is parts are difficult to get in Canada. But so far I haven’t had to try.Compared to all the pumps I’ve used this is still one of my favorite largely due to convince. I love my medela and it works great, but the ability to get up and move freely is a game changer. Also with a newborn and toddler it is so helpful to not have extra gear and cords sitting around. I would choose this again!
Game changer
I love this pump. Itâs given me so much freedom and I actually feel sexy (in a silly way) when I use it. Future of pumping. I would 100% recommend to all my friends. Iâve taken it to a friendâs bachelorette, and later the wedding, and it was a big hit with the girls.The only down side is I wish the app did more for tracking stats. Right now thereâs hardly a point to the app, I rarely use it. And the measurement in the part that catches the milk isnât totally accurate. I take one extra step to record an accurate volume.
Amazing!
I honestly cannot say enough good things about this pump!I was using the MomCozy S12 that I purchased second hand from someone who had bought it new but never actually used it. It worked great at first but my nipples were sooooo sore all the time. So I ordered smaller flange inserts but they pinched the sides of my nipple. I also had issues with the S12 motors dying so I was going to buy one new, but their warranty is awful!Which brought me to the Willow. I did my research and read reviews and decided to make the investment.Am I ever glad I did!Thereâs absolutely NO pain. The motor is so much quieter, which is nice because I pump exclusively, overnight itâs nice to be quiet!Cleaning it is an absolute breeze. The quality of the pump is amazing. Even my 11 year old son said âWow, the quality is much better!âThe shape is perfect and fits nicely in my nursing bras or sports bras.Because the motor is in the middle instead of on top, it means I can move around easier too.I will say, that if I have bad posture and am leaning back a bit when the pump is getting full, it will leak in to the flange insert side instead of in to the milk cup, but now that Iâm aware of that, it is a non issue.I do wish the accessories werenât as expensive to ship here. But that has nothing to do with how amazing this pump is! I will be telling everyone I know whoâs on the go to purchase it!!

I must say, I went alittle crazy ordering portable breast pumps. I bought the momcozy M1, bellababy, and willow GO, so I tried them all. I am impressed with the Bellababy;however, this pump was amazing. I was so comfy and compact, and I got a great amount of milk for my supply. The app is great too. There are a few things to clean every time, which can be inconvenient, but the quality and comfortability is worth it.The price point is kinda ridiculous, but I am glad I invested in these as I am exclusively pumping.I just wish you could buy Replacement parts in Canada, as there are none on Amazon.
Why didnât I buy earlier
These are a life saver, allowed me to not feel trapped while pumping or connected to a wall.Wished they could be sanitised in the microwave not boiling water. Sometimes the suction didnât grab but you have to make sure it is all perfectly aligned. When it is you will never look back

UPDATE: I was finally able to get in touch with the seller (EUR 24 inc) after 3 weeks, and they will not stand by the 12 month warranty. Repeating what I wrote further in the review as I do not want anyone else in the same situation as me; DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER/AMAZON, BUY DIRECTLY FROM WILLOW WEBSITE!Absolutely loved this pump until one became defective. I contacted Willow and they are unable to do anything as it was purchased from an unauthorized seller (Amazon). Tried contacting Amazon about the warranty as it states it has a 12 month warranty and was told to contact the seller (EUR 24 inc). After weeks of no answer, I get back in touch with customer service (as they requested) and they told me THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO.DO NOT BUY THIS PUMP FROM AMAZON! Buy directly from Willow!!
Silicone inserts for breast pump is soooo necessary at least was for me! It made pumping so much more comfortable! Made my parts fit the pump parts better
These inserts are super comfortable and easy to wash. They fit exactly to the guidelines provided on their size chart. Make sure to measure first!
So easy to insert these into the flange
LOVE this pump. I used a Spectra during my maternity leave and thought I had a nursing/pumping schedule down pat. Then I went back to work full time and said schedule became worthless in a heartbeat. I work in healthcare and despite having a private office AND an extremely breast-friendly environment I just could not get my act together. Baby woke at a different time every day, some days I didnât have time to pump before work, and Iâd arrive to my first patients with two full boobs and nothing I could do about it for four+ hours. My supply dropped from plentiful to barely there to insufficient in the space of two weeks.Willow Go saved me. Day one I didnât have time to pump before work and â BOOM popped these ladies in and saw my first three patients while pumping. Snuck away for five minutes to empty the milk into a bottle and rapidly disassemble everything (I keep the dirty parts in the fridge until lunchtime, when I wash them), then got right back to work. I could have cried, I was so happy.I can now pump 2-3 times during normal business hours and itâs been a game changer. Cleaning the parts is a pain in the ass but I can do that over lunch. I use my Spectra at home since itâs easier to clean. But Iâve come to prefer the Willow Go between the two.Iâd heard from other users that the wearables donât empty you like a Spectra or Medela but that thankfully has not been the case for me. I actually just use stimulation mode for the entire 25 minutes and that seems to work best for me for some weird reason. Anyhow my supply has now rebounded and mommyâs stress level is soooooooo much better. Yes you look like Dolly Parton wearing them and yes your boobs click and vibrate while theyâre on BUT itâs so worth it. Five stars.
These often need to get replaced and although the Willow website constantly provides deals and sales for them, they can be hard to obtain if needed immediately. Thankful they were here on Amazon.They’re legit. They are Willow brand and fit perfectly in my WillowGo pumps. I’ve never had any issues with them and am going on my 7 months of using these pumps with shields.These are very comfortable, durable, can be washed in the dishwasher if needed but I find simply scrubbing and using hot water and soap work well on a daily basis. I deep clean and sanitize them every two weeks.Highly recommend for mamas in need of inserts that come shipped in such a short time!
