Im a renter on 2nd floor. First install the app,register turn on location, wifi on your phone. i have a Android, plugin the camera the app will guide you, i found it VERY simply and quick connecting the camera. I use a 256gb sd card to save recordings and its great and I can simply format the sd card directly on the app when memory gets full. If you like they charge $2.99 a month subscription on 1 camera. You can also lock a certain video clips, take a photo. I went to work was able to see live feed. I can be at work and send a live voice message to the camera for anyone in my home to hear . Automatically anytime it detects motion it records it and saves on the app. For being located on the 2nd floor it detected cars and people . Passing in front of my home.
Hey, for a very reasonable cost set up wifi enabled real time surveillance via your smartphone from anywhere. Great peace of mind. I have 5 of these sprinkled indoor cameras around my 4000 square foot 40 yo home which I am renovating (including a couple looking out windows) and couldnât be more pleased. I had racoons who have decided to come in through my cat door and needed a cheap camera to alert me so I could get up and run them off. This fit the bill perfectly. It’s small and magnetic so I can stick it to the hood of my oven and aim it at the kitchen floor area. And it has a sleep mode so I’m not recording during the day and then have to scan through so many extra recordings.Can’t say how they work as a nanny cam for a baby, but I’ve managed to get rid of the racoons!
I like the features of this camera. You can turn off the light so no one knows itâs recording. What I donât like is that I can change the duration of the recording. I see someone walk into my room but it will stop recording a few seconds later and I donât know what they did. Kind of defeats the purpose.
