This is a great baby cam with a neat “home security” spin to it. I already use Wuuk security cameras, so I have the app – which I don’t think is required here – but the really neat thing about this is you can use the monitor OR the app on your phone to view (or move) the camera whenever you want!Pretty simple to set up. Provides what you’d expect – great night vision, monitors temperature and humidity. You can set it to respond to sound, motion or both. Through the app you can take snapshots and videos (not sure about the monitor). Has a wall mount… generally speaking a complete package.I only wish it was *slightly* more sensitive to sound, but that’s just the over-worried parent in me. This is a great camera, for the price especially!
Works well
Initially it wouldn’t connect to my internet because it is a 5K network. A customer service representative informed me if I connect with tech support for my internet provider they can tell me how to separate my internet to be able to connect to 2.4ghz internet. Glad I am able to use it to the fullest capabilities.
Good value for money, many options, low battery life for monitor
Great quality, long cords, many options to choose from.Biggest issue is battery life for the monitor is not that long if you keep it on, but you can always switch to your phone to keep watching.

See original review below. Since then the customer service contacted me and sent a new camera to try out, it seems to be working better. I will say this review change is largely due to the customer experience I received after my initial disappointment. Like originally stated the camera is great, battery is good, picture is clear, I hope this one lasts!I was so excited when I first opened this. Huge screen, wide angle, clear picture, noise cancellation but so many issues that just end up making it useless. Constantly freezes so you think they are sleeping when in fact they are not lol. You have to then go in and unplug and plug in camera multiple times for it to work again. Camera randomly goes black so you have to repeat same steps above. Extremely loud call button on the camera itself will randomly go off in the babies room causing them to wake up. ð¤¯Do not buy.

I have tested about six different baby video monitors from different brands ranging from low to high price levels. One comparable device from boifun was in use for several months (until its battery broke).After half a year of usage I have to say this one from WUUK offers the best value for money compared to the other ones I tried. It has a stable connection, low delay, great infrared view and display resolution. We use both the direct wireless monitor connection and the smartphone app (sometimes at the same time). Most importantly, it features auto-display-on (at monitor) and push-notifications (at the smartphone) once the monitor detects movement, which draws our attention on when our little one enters a shallow-sleep phase and is about to wake up already BEFORE waking up and crying. This feature is rarely found on similar devices on the market.The second HUGE plus: an outstanding customer service. I had to contact them regarding the initial shipment and I got immediate, considerate, and helpful response. The same after posting a minor feature request for the app. (In comparison, the boifun service didnt even respond after reaching out after the battery breakdown).

La conexión de largo alcance (hasta 305 metros) es súper confiable, y saber que puedo controlar la cámara desde cualquier lugar me da una tranquilidad enorme.La pantalla es realmente nÃtida, con una calidad de video HD de 720p que permite ver hasta los detalles más pequeños, como la respiración de mi bebé. Me ha encantado la lente ultra ancha de 135°; en comparación con otras cámaras más limitadas, esta me da una visión mucho más amplia de la habitación.Otra función que uso bastante es la de la llamada de un toque. Si necesito comunicarme rápidamente, un solo clic en el botón de la cámara lo hace posible, y la conversación fluida a través de la app o del monitor es una gran ayuda para tranquilizar a mi bebé cuando lo necesita.Lo mejor de todo es la detección de llanto, que me avisa automáticamente cuando algo no va bien.
