These silicone ice cube trays are perfect size and shape to add to water bottles or tall drinks. I tried it in my insulated water bottle and it kept till end of day. It is easy to fill and remove the ice. I did notice a strong chemical smell that was a bit of a turn off, hoping that it will go away in time.

These ice cubes are perfect for my needs. The cubes work well in cocktails and liquors without diluting them too quickly (see images of ice cube at 0 mins, and 50 mins).They fit well into our stemless wine glasses, our champagne flutes and our old fashioned cocktail glasses, which is a trait that a lot of the square cubes on the market cannot boast!Each cavity holds about 60 mls of liquid, which equals 4 tbsps or ¼ cup, which also makes them great for freezing my homemade pizza sauce ahead of time for future use.It is easy to remove frozen items from the mold and great for freezing multiple ice cubes ahead of a big party.Bottom line: I love them! A resounding 10/10 for me!

Silicone material is so easy to take the ice cubes out. Easy to clean and hold it shape well.The lids are well functioning and easy to stack in the freezer.
I have a 50 ounce SM tumbler that I use every day all day for hot coffee/tea and cold water or seltzer with organic lemon juice. It’s summer now and so refreshing to take my drinks from cold to very cold. If I use all four cubes at once, they can even last overnight in my insulated mug.The two trays arrived new/clean/pristine and well wrapped so that they wouldn’t be mashed with other items in my Amazon box. The outside is super soft silicone. It has a lovely almost velvety texture and is extremely flexible but appears strong enough to last many years with gentle handling. I have had no problem filling and carrying them to the freezer without spilling (but I don’t fill to the absolute brim). You will need to keep them reasonably level in the freezer even if it’s on top of other items -if you were to turn this sidewise, all your liquid would drip out. The lid is not airtight but fits snuggly/properly by just placing on top -no need to push down or pull off later. These ice cubes are super easy to get out of the tray and put in the mug -they are small enough to fit lengthwise across the diameter of the mug opening. I put anywhere from 1-4 depending on how cold I want things. The inside of the tray is ever so slightly textured with very faint lines that you can’t see in the tray or on the cubes, and I think this makes it easier to grip and handle the cubes. Cleaning is crazy easy. Since I use a combo of water and lemon juice, I just rinse for a few seconds before refilling and only used soap, washing very well prior to first use. Although these can be thrown in the dishwasher, I advocate hand washing to improve longevity -could see these having a long lifespan.Oh, finally, I haven’t tried items that might stain such as tomato sauce (or baby food) but there is zero chemical smell and I would recommend for such items or for freezing herbs in oil to use later for cooking. Since there are two, you could dedicate one for ice cubes (with or without fruit juices or slices of fruit) and the other for food stuff. I highly recommend this product, because it is indeed actual food-grade silicone (no plastic) and safe for its intended use.
En general odio tener que comprar hielos hechos teniendo congelador en casa pero siempre dicen que los comprados aguantan más. Creo que es un tema de tamaño, las hieleras de las neveras hacen hielos más pequeños y no son muy fáciles de emplear. Pero de un tiempo a esta parte han aparecido las de silicona que permiten hacerlos más grandes porque al ser flexibles se sacan mejor de los moldes. Llevo usando bastante tiempo unas con las que estoy muy contento, pero al ver estas me ha animado la posibilidad de cortarlas y hacer hielos individuales.Está fabricado Ãntegramente en silicona del mismo color, tapa y contenedor. Se venden en dos colores. Cada una hace 4 hielos rectangulares.La tapa no es hermética por lo que si las volcamos el agua se cae. Es lógico porque es muy difÃcil hacer algo hermético si todas las piezas son flexibles. Con ese cuidado la tapa cierra lo suficiente y es muy útil para que no cojan olores de nevera y hacen que no se vierta el agua con los pequeños movimientos al llevarla desde el grifo.Al cortarlas para hacer hielos individuales mantiene perfectamente su forma y usabilidad, por lo que para lo que las querÃa me vienen muy bien. Ahora saco los hielos que necesito y el resto permanece en el congelador.La forma del hielo es buena para vasos altos, en el que pongo en la foto no es lo más cómodo porque se sale del borde, pero en vasos altos queda muy bien. También quedan bien en copas de vino altas si las usamos para poner un spritz por ejemplo.

Ein Deckel ist sinnvoll, bei Eiswürfelformen, da sie sonst den Geschmack aus dem Gefrierfach annehmen können.In einem Karton sind zwei Formen enthalten, die jeweils vier Eiswürfel umfassen.Markant ist hierbei die Eiswürfel-GröÃe. Die Eiswürfel sind teilweise so groÃ, dass sie ein ganzes Glas ausfüllen können. Die Artikelbeschreibung schlägt beispielsweise vor, dass man ganze Früchte in einem Eiswürfel einfrieren kann. Eine lustige Idee, wir hatten uns auch schon überlegt, dass die Eiswürfel eine gute Grundlage sind, crushed Eis herzustellen.Fazit: die Eiswürfelformen sind gut, aber man muss sich gut überlegen, ob man wirklich so groÃe Eiswürfel haben möchte, das hängt von den eigenen Wünschen ab.
