Good CS, device works well
First one I bought was a lemon – it wouldn’t charge, and even when plugged in it wouldn’t work. I emailed customer service and got a new one in a few days that worked perfectly, so I was really pleased with the customer service.I use this in my baby’s nursery and I also bring it with me when I go out, as sometimes my son gets cranky for a nap or is falling asleep and this helps to drown out all the noise. It’s the perfect size for travelling. I keep it plugged in all night when I put it on to make sure it doesn’t turn off as I read that the battery doesn’t always last long.I have it at level 2/3 volume and I find it pretty loud. I only use the pink noise setting (second one)
Excellent battery life
UPDATE: 10-months later and this device is still going strong! We’ve dropped it on several occasions and it has so far withstood the abuse. Well worth the price; we’ll definitely look into getting another one if this ever stops working.This is our go to travel device for our little one. We attach it to our infant carrier using the string loop ad have had no issues with it coming loose.The battery life is fantastic! It has lasted 6+ hours before needing a charge (it charges quickly too).The white noise is lower pitched compared to other devices (e.g. Dreamegg Portable).
Update: Donât waste your money
UPDATE 3: One month shy of a year my last replacement has stopped working. the cord wonât stay connected so it dies overnight.UPDATE 2: Donât waste your money on this. I got a replacement, itâs been 4 weeks and AGAIN it wonât turn off! So frustrating, as my original one I had for 2 years. Not worth the money or your frustration.UPDATE: I bought a 2nd one for our next baby and it lasted 6 weeks before the on button stuck and none of the buttons would work. It took two days to die, which was funny since the first one wouldnât hold a charge for one night. I love the portability but it is not worth the price.Iâve been using this for 6 weeks and it already doesnât hold a full charge, itâs died overnight on multiple occasions after charging for atleast 2hours. Great size, portable for traveling is great but overall disappointed based on the price.
Great for travel
purchased this sound machine to keep in my diaper bag for on the go or sleepovers at my parents. its super small and battery lasts a long time. I like how compact it is as it fit into the inside pocket of my diaper bag and easy to use. would buy again or give as a gift.
Great for newborns!
I highly recommend this sound machine. It is our most used, and favourite baby item to date. We use it for all naps/bedtime and with consistent use our 7 week old now associates the sound with sleep and you can see him relax as soon as it is turned on.The product is easy to charge with a USB cable and runs continuous if charged. The charge seems to last a long time though I generally do make sure I have it plugged in at some point in the day or over night to avoid it stopping abruptly during his sleep.The sound quality is great with a 3 sound options and controls to adjust volume. It can fill an entire room if you wish.Super portable.

SEE UPDATE below:This is our most recommended baby product! I 10/10 recommend charging it and bringing to the hospital or birthing center for your baby. We used it directly after birth from day 1 and itâs the best sound machine ever! I have to say I was happier with the quality of the baby version. I left that one at my parentsâ house since we had it for 18 months and it worked perfectly – only the charger broke but my dad had a charger from another device that fit. We bought the white, adult one since asthetically I liked it better. Our first one broke after a month – just completely stopped working. We had to exchange it through customer service. Our second one so far did a thing where none of the buttons worked and we had to wait for the battery to go off – which was in the middle of the night and woke up my daughter. So to sum, BUY it! Best quality sound, itâs portable, volume is amazing, etc. but buy the baby one, even if youâre an adult.UPDATE: we replaced the adult one and the replacement also broke just after a month! Thereâs no way to return it on Amazon now, it should be replaced. This is ridiculous.
Dont expect it to last too long
This item works amazing. It definitely helps your baby sleep through the night. You can change the sound level and the sound quality is good.Unfortunately after only a 3-4 months of use, it doesnt last through the night anymore and is suddenly turning off which wakes the baby. I followed the instructions on not leaving it plugged in and allowing it to lose its charge but I think they just need a better battery in their next models. The whole point is to help your little one rest through the night and Taking Cara Babies recommended it. Its why I had to drop the overall score to 3. I expected it to last awhile longer.
Luvd it, but then…… it died.
We bought this machine a few months before our baby was born in July 2020 and it worked great. After baby was born he loved it, he fell asleep to it all the time and was amazing to take with on the go. But…. we were about 7 months in and then it just died! It was a great product while it lasted but way too expensive to have it just die in less then a year.
My children originally bought this when their children were babies. It is compact and ideal for travel. The white noise is perfect for covering up outside noise. I liked it so much that I bought one for myself. It is still working very well. I recently bought two more for friends who needed white noise machines.
Fue una buena compra, es un objeto pequeño fácil de usar. Cumple muy bien su función, me hubiera gustado q tuviera más opciones de sonido, pero la vdd es que solo uso uno. La baterÃa dura para muy buen rato asà que eso no es problema, y si no, hay una lucecita que avisa que ya hay q cargarla de nuevo. Tiene muy buen nivel de volumen. Es una bocina que me ayuda mucho a que mi bebé tome sus siestas sin que los ruidos externos lo despierten, es algo que creo que usaré por mucho tiempo. Estoy contenta con mi compra.
Ele atende um pouco da expectativa.tem dois ruÃdos brancos apenas e um som de mar, parecem abafados mas tem um volume alto.Você se acostuma e acaba atendendo ao propósito.
We’ve were very happy on day 1 when we got the product opened it and turned it on. Stayed on all night which was perfect but then in the morning it did not go off. We had to let the battery die, after this we tried charging it, it charges but the power on button does not work / product has some fault it is not coming on at all. This is on day 2! Very disappointed
Not worth a cent. The battery started acting weird so after I remove it from the charger it says that it needs to charge again and turn off. And now it stays on once I turn it on and not responsive at all
