Good Quality Security Camera
I installed this camera for my mom before going for my vacations. The set up was easy as I installed the App in my phone. My mom used video calling feature twice or thrice it worked fine. The camera got pan tilt and night vision function which makes video call experience satisfactory. The video call connects easily without pressing any button.It also gives the option for saving the recordings on MicroSD card or cloud. The 2K HD camera is suitable for monitoring any specific area.
Works amazing ever after almost one year
I was hesitant to buy this product first but this turned out to be a great purchase, picture quality is so good, I can rotate the camera head from my iPhone and Kids can call from the camera as well amazing voice and picture quality. very easy to install the app, user friendly and does the job, highly recommended.
Does not work
Purchased this device for the safety of an elderly parent who lives alone and often cannot answer the phone. The app keeps logging me out and then it will never allow me to log back in without starting the registration process all over again. I live in another city and cannot drive there to restart the device every time the app decides to log me out. Very disappointing quality.
Very useful and great quality
The security camera is great for home security. The picture quality is amazing and it is great at night as well. The 360 degree rotation helps in viewing the place all around and the app setup is also simple and easy to use. Really good addition to our home.
Life Saver For My Elderly Father
I can’t fully express what a life saver this is for my Dad. He was living in his apartment alone and starting to get early onset dementia. He was forgetting how to use the home phone.He was also getting very anxious being alone. I purchased this camera and everything changed. He could call me easily by a push of a button. He didn’t feel alone because he could see me. I could set the camera to motion alert and it would send me a notification if he moved. I could then turn it on to make sure he didn’t fall or guide him to help whatever he was trying to do. It gave me so much peace of mind. Fast forward. He is now in a nursing home. The home tried to say he couldn’t have his camera. I fought it and because he is disabled and unable to use a phone, he is allowed by law to have this 2 way video caller. The things that I saw was heartbreaking. But I was able to rush over to the home and address the issue. Dad’s care has improved 100% because of this camera.Note to use in nursing home for your loved one.1. You must make a sign that states ” 2 way video calling in progress”2. You cannot use anything you see on the camera against the home. (Hence why I would rush over so I could say I seen it with my own eyes.)3. You can’t communicate with staff with the camera.This camera isn’t perfect as at times you lose signal. I’m sure 2 way video cameras will get better as time goes on but I 100% recommend this if you have an elderly loved one at home or in a nursing home. The app to use it is free and very easy to set up.Hope this review helps people with elderly loved ones.
Great 360 dregee rotation
This is what I really need for my kids, this video cam is very useful and helpful, which I use to keep monitoring my kids while working at home in my room and they are at the living area. It has clear video that I can see properly the surroundings and the two way communication is so audible. And I really like that even at night I can still monitor through this cam and has good vision while rotating 360 degree. I so far like how I have been using it.
High Quality Video Camera
I both this camera to keep an eye on my elderly parents. It connects easily to 2.4 GHz wifi through a mobile app.The video quality in daylight is crystal clear in HD. Also, night vision camera is great as one can see objects clearly in no light. I can talk to my mom and dad through this security camera and they donât have to touch their phone. They can even see me in the screen given on the camera.This camera has got motion detection so I get notifications on my app whenever my parents enters or leaves the house.
No documentation
The product comes with a small leaflet that is supposed to be the operating instructions. Very hard to make it work unless you are a techie. It claims that you can add 5 remote users. I am tech savvy and I was unable to understand how to add other remote users. No explanation at all. I search online, visited their web site and nothing.
This product is way better than I EXPECTED. I use it to monitor my home while on business trip. The app works great and responsive. I was able to pan the camera and view almost 300 degrees all around while I was in Asia! Would definitely buy another to watch the backyard.

The first 2 months just keep disconnecting. The device will not connect at all now.Device said to check my Internet. I have high speed Internet and this is the only device that will not work properly Save money and aggravation buy another manufacturer’s device
great lil camera, call and get called live, records for playback even if i’m not online, live viewing and though i thought it was and i guess the representative was confused told me it was, lithium battery chargeable so i wouldn’t need to rely on the electricity or wifi to record on micro sd. thieves know how to hack wifi and turn off electric switches in home fuse box. then i would just have a gap in recorded content i suppose. so i’m still looking for one chargeable unit. otherwise it does a good job so far, is quiet and speaker though is kind of screechy when you try to talk. ty
I bought this camera for my mother who is in a nursing home. To see her face light up when she could see me and talk to me for the first time it was moment i wont forget. I love all the features makes me feel that i know what really going on during the day and night. It was easy to install love the live feed. So if you have eldery parents or grandparents that may be alone this camera takes your worries away.
