Monitor Battery Terrible
I bought this camera to use for my first born. Right from the start, the monitor part would not hold any charge longer than 20 minutes. I have always had to have it plugged in all the time. The signal has never been great. This product is unfortunately not worth the money. My temperature sensor has now stopped working and reads at 30 degrees celus and plus all the time. This is wrong and worrying. Sincerely, exhausted and broke new mom.
Excellent moniteur
Je suis incroyablement surprise de ce moniteur!La qualité de lâimage et du son est excellente. On peut ajuster la sensibilité de la détection des bruits et des mouvements ce qui est formidable. Lâinstallation est rapide et simple, autant pour le moniteur que sur notre téléphone cellulaire.Nous avons eu un problème de chargement avec le moniteur et le service à la clientèle a été parfait. Ils ont rapidement répondu à mes e-mails puis nâont pas tardé à me renvoyer un nouveau moniteur. Jâai rarement vu un service aussi efficace.Je recommande fortement ce moniteur, un des meilleurs sur le marcher!
Great until 6-month mark
I did a lot of research for baby monitors and finally settled with Arenti. Sadly after only 6 months of use, the battery started to fail on the monitor and couldnât hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. Now, the battery has completely swelled and is no longer safe to use.We have a medically complex son that needs constant monitoring, and heavily relied on the monitor.Iâm hoping the company can send a replacement so we donât have to replace all our cameras with a new brand.Otherwise, I am extremely disappointed in the battery quality and seems like this is a reoccurring issue.
Get it!
We had this monitor/camera for 14 months without issue, then suddenly the screen stopped working. I called customer service but had to hang up before they answered and THEY called me back having missed a call from me!! Within 24 hrs I had a new monitor shipped to me! Everyone was lovely to deal with and I mean come on, what customer service calls back a missed number??Weâll eventually need a dual monitor with baby number two coming soon and we will 110% get the dual monitor of the same brand.Itâs great to be able to check on baby while hes home with dad napping and I go to grocery store. The monitor itself has great range and we could go anywhere on the property without losing connection. 10/10 recommended

I love this baby monitor.The app is also great and easy to use.My monitor portion had an issue and dealing with customer service to resolve was a breeze.I would recommend this product!
BATTERY IS GARBAGE
Started using this monitor in october 2023 and now august 2024 the parent unit no longer holds a charge and is expanding. I assume itâs the battery expanding somehow. Either way no longer able to use the parent unit and the app doesnât stay in live mode all night so the monitor is useless (and my baby is only 10 months old so not like I can just not have a monitor). Loved this at the beginning but now just very disappointed.

I love love love this product! I find it so conveinient to have the monitor PLUS the app on my phone. That way when the parents have a night out, my mom uses the screen at home and we watch the baby fall asleep on our phones for a worry-free evening. The customer service is amazing also. I 100% recommend!!
