Good product Potential Dangerous for kids
Actually a good conceptual product but a few things that need consideration when in use that could make this dangerous for your kid. Let’s start with the positive:1. Great customer service2. Actually a decent design/folds nicely/locks nicelyNow the negative, read carefully:1. The locking pin at the bottom of the entrance gate is screw on, as you open/close the gate it slowly comes loose and falls out. This is an extreme chocking hazard. I hand tighten it every week to make sure my kid does not accidentally get it in their mouth. This is dangerous if you don’t pay attention.2. One of the poles broke when my kid was learning to stand up. I heard, was sitting beside little one so no issue/danger. Saw the break, huge danger if I was not close by the kid. I suspect mfg defect, I checked all the other poles, everything was good, no problems since that one. Check yours, look at picture and decide.3. Locks mechanism to hold position. Now this I’m reached out to customer service about. When we first got it and locked/unlocked the position there was this white grease everywhere. I of course cleaned it. Over time thought everytime you open and close it there is a small layer of grease you can feel it on your fingers. Mfg said it is a zinc layer to prevent corrosion, google says Zinc layers are safe unless it’s a grease format. We saw grease and will proceed with caution as our child likes to put everything in its mouth.4. Every screw on this was loose when we got it. I had to hand tighten everything.I really want to love this product, and despite exceptional customer service, and getting a refund on the product I cannot go on in my life with other people using this for their kids not being aware of these real risks that could hurt their little ones.I hope their next iterations deal with these issues, and perhaps the manufacturer is misleading the company. Don’t know, it’s none of our business as consumer. Just be aware.

Love it, but damaged a few months later
Love the play pen. Using it for a few months and I realised this joint in cracked. Not sure what to do.

This playpen is a game changer! The sides are sturdy and the playpen is the perfect size. It lets us keep all the baby toys in one area and let’s us comfortably step away for a moment without worry.The playpen is secure and gives the baby a lot of room to play and also keeps them safe from whatever else is in the room. We use the playpen all the time and I love that it can be set up in all a few different ways depending on the space it’s in at any given time. We also really appreciate that there is a door to go in and out of the playpen and we don’t have to climb over or zipper and unzip to get in and out.There’s no assembly required which feels like the greatest gift when you open the box! It folds so we can keep it in the closet when we are done using it. This is by far a more aesthetic option than a typical playpen. The modern wood style fits with our decor perfectly and it doesn’t feel like a “baby item”.This is an absolute must and it will seriously make your life so much easier. If you are looking for a safe and closed area for your child to play, get this playpen.

This playpen is a perfect addition to our home! It’s sturdy, stylish, and blends well with my decor. It’s lightweight but durable. It’s easy to move and simple to assemble. The gate is secure for toddlers, but effortless for adults to use. Highly recommend for any parent looking for both style and functionality!

Would give zero stars if I could! Pieces come off that are choking hazards and dangerous for babies!My daughter used this playpen for only two months from 7 to 9 months old. One day after only being in there for a few minutes, she pulled out one of the bars of the playpen entirely. She is only 9 months old and should not be strong enough to do that! When I went to grab it from her I saw that a screw had come out as well which was perfect size for a baby her age to choke on. She could have been seriously hurt if we didn’t notice right away! Not only could she have choked but she was also trying to swing the wooden post around and was super close to hitting herself in the face with it. When I reached out to customer service they said we would have to ship it back before they would refund us. This was a giant pain because it’s 30 pounds and we had already recycled the box so we still had to pay $30 for a giant box to send it back in. They did pay the shipping but I asked if they would reimburse for the cost of the box and they said no. Honestly I just wanted it out of my house before my daughter could be seriously harmed by it!!!!! There are so many playpen options out there (and more affordable ones at that..) DO NOT get this one. It is just not worth the risk!!!And besides the danger this poses to your child, the door lock was finicky and didn’t always work. Overall super horrible product in all ways.
