A bit lacking elasticity
These socks are made of mainly of cotton, some polyester and a tad of spandex. There is some flexibility to them but overall, are snug fitting. They offer some elasticity – not very much – so somewhat tight fitting throughout, be it around the foot, ankle, or lower leg area. Wish there was more elasticity to allow for more stretch for growing feet. The fact that they have grips on the bottom is ideal, especially as baby begins to move about or walk (depending on size ordered). They seem to provide for good traction. Very much like the fact that these are not ankle socks, but more of a lower crew sock. Colours of blue and grey – some with or without checks – are good colours. Seeing they are made of primarily of cotton though, I would stay clear of the dryer due to possible shrinkage. The price point, at the time of this review, of $26.99 to $30.99 (depending on size) is a tad high since I think one can find comparable and better, in-store for less. These are referred to as winter socks but I really don’t see it – I would have expected something far cozier than stiff. Overall, I was expecting a bit more out of these socks in terms of texture/softness – something a tad more delicate on baby’s skin. I think the polyester sort of messes things up a bit – can’t quite pinpoint the issue. Again, I just find them a bit too stiff and constricting. All this considered, I am inclined to rate them three stars.

Good socks
These are not super thick, not nearly as thick as I expected them to be, but will do to keep toddlers feet warm. They are not short like an ankle sock which is nice. Overall a decent sock.

Good normal socks, not great non slip/fuzzy socks
They’re not that soft/fuzzy, they feel more like a normal sock than a warm fuzzy sock. They’re also not that thick either.The quality of print one the animal print ones we got I think look better in person than in pictures, in the pictures they look a bit off but in person they look pretty good.The non slip dots on the sole do help, even by just taking it in your hand and rubbing it on the floor the nonslip part slips far less than straight fabric. But also they aren’t very great at non slip, it is more of a hard silicone than a medium/soft silicone which is better than nothing but I have non slip fuzzy sock/slipper things that are better than these.Overall they’re okay, if you think they look cute and are aware they’re not that thick/fuzzy and the nonslip part isn’t overly non slip than these should be good, if you’re specifically looking for those features then maybe look at different socks.
