This item was delivered December 27th. I set it up and the picture is great. HOWEVER, the audio is terrible. It is glitchy and there is more than 10 second delay. When the audio finally comes through itâs glitchy. When my husband went in the room to get my son, I was watching the monitor and there was no sound. They were out of the room before any sound came to the monitor and I couldnât understand a word that was said from my husband to my son.I tried to return this item as it was $340 and it wonât allow this return on Amazon because it contains batteries.Iâve contacted the manufacturer, and theyâve submitted a claim BUT the monitor is out of stock so they canât send me a new one until it comes available and they didnât say when they expect it to be available. So Iâm out $340 and no monitor. I might eventually get it, and MAYBE it will work, but nothing in the meantime.
Used for 6 months so far with no issues
We like this monitor quite a bit, works with no issues. The only downside is the camera doesn’t run on batteries so needs to be plugged in always. The view screen has about 6 hour battery life so needs to be recharged every day. The camera can be attached to a standard tripod stand. We had a mini tripod already that had flexible legs, and it works perfectly and allows me to attach the camera onto the babies crib.
Battery life is extremely disappointing
Super simple set up. Nice to have split screen for two separate rooms, however while in split mode you are only able to hear sounds from 1 room. It does have to option to rotate between rooms every 10 seconds or so which would give you the ability to hear crying from both rooms but make sure you leave the monitor plugged in because you won’t get more than 6hrs before it dies off.

This is the 3rd baby monitor Iâve tried and this is the one iâm keeping. Set up was very easy, and itâs never lost connection. Night mode works great, all the other features are good and easy to use. I do wish the sound machine noise options were better, a lot of them are nature sounds, but my baby prefers âwhite noiseâ sounds and âshushingâ, so i still use a separate sounds machine.The battery life is great. My only complaints are that the video quality is lacking a bit, but I can still see if baby has their soother, which is basically all i need to know. And it is quite zoomed in compared to other monitors Iâve used, Iâd like it better if it had a wider angle. But overall it works great, is and trustworthy so Iâd recommend it to anyone.
Terrible Company
Purchased this camera as a twin set. One of the cameras didnât connect upon receipt. I used the email support to contact the company because they donât have a phone number and explained my issue. They respond and we came to an agreement that it was faulty and would need to be replaced. This email back and forth took about a week. A week later they emailed saying my camera was out of stock and offered a different one. This was agreed upon. Two weeks later I followed up and they emailed saying it was out of stock. This has been going on for a month. Emails take days to be responded too no phone number to talk to. Itâs a terrible company and would never recommend. Look to vtech instead. I called them and spoke to someone within minutes.
Watch out for power cord failures
Our monitor power cord failed. Luckily the cord from our previous Motorola monitor worked so we didnât need to get another asap but would of been horrible otherwise.
I only use it for when my baby is taking naps & so far for what youâre paying itâs not that bad! The picture & sound quality is good, I give it a 7 out of 10.But overall, I recommend this product

This camera works fine, but it has a strange glitch. Last night I was woken up by blood curdling screams from my two-year-old and the creepiest horror movie music blaring over the monitor. I had no idea what was going on but needless to say I was pretty freaked out because I didn’t know where the music was coming from and it stopped when I got to my daughter’s room. I finally got my daughter calmed down and we were then both startled by loud static sounds from the camera. It turns out that the lullaby feature has a glitch and can randomly turn on for a bit. Unplugging the camera and plugging it back in fixed it, but I will now be shopping for a new camera. That’s a night of sleep I’ll never get back.
Lo compre para mi niña en la noches y la verdad deja mucho que desear, lo quisiera devolver ya que si está muy caro en comparación con precio calidad. La pila necesita estar conectado para que pueda durar toda la noche y no se me apague ya que Se descarga demasiado rápido en menos de 3 horas y la pantalla solo se ve negra no se ve imagen alguna. Me llamo mucho la atención sus comentarios positivos y por eso me decidà por este equipo pero la verdad a mi asà no me funciona, solo se escucha.
Iâm so mad at myself for buying this too early and Iâve missed the return window. All those images you see of a phone in the marketing? Has nothing to do with the monitor, this monitor does not connect to your phone. I should have researched better, but incredibly disappointed in a company who does this type of trick marketing.In addition the view is not good because the pan feature is very limited, you have to hang it at the exact right height and angle to see the baby.Lastly, the range is so small! I am out of range in my own kitchen and backyard.
